Just admit it, Kaidan was perfect so is Luciano Costa. (his face model) DONT FORGET THE VOICE!
Oh that beautiful creature Luciano.
Ahem. Yeah Kaidan was near perfect. It was almost unreal that they actually made him a s/s romance. Even so I actually preferred Steve's romance just a tad more. Not sure why. But they were both so amazingly well done. I can only hope for that kind of quality in DAI.
But in the end they both lost to Miranda. She's just TOO perfect for me.

I don't understand what is attractive about a feminine man, but I wouldn't begrudge one for being an LI in the game. Honestly I don't see Cullen or Alistair as pretty boys. Anders, Kind of, and definitely Fenris and Zevran; which is why I never romanced Fenris and ONLY did Zevran for the trophy. If I want feminine, I'll romance a woman.
Not liking hair or a "manly-man" type doesn't mean you're into "feminine men"

I don't understand the definition of feminine man. A man who is clean shaven, physically fit, gorgeous eyes, tight butt, knows how to dress, sexy hair, and a sexy smile IS NOT FEMININE. It's pretty, meaning attractive. Meaning he takes care of himself.
To be feminine would - you're right - be a woman. So people should stop maligning "pretty/attractive" with feminine. There are many women out there who are ugly as sin - they are still feminine.

Agreed.
Alistair was not a manly man. I wouldn't call him feminine either.
Plus Danarius was feminine enough even with a damn beard.

These words ''masculine'' and ''feminine'' they should be removed from the dictionary lol. Effin meaningless in 21 century.

Well I personally only state 'feminine' because I'm not sure how else to describe what I prefer. I can't fire off a list of adjectives in every single post because it'd be tedious.
I guess I can just say 'non-hairy-bear-man'...?

I wouldn't be opposed to this. I say go for it BioWare. Doubt it will happen, though.

yeah right. Time for a change. Send in the ugly dudes. As for the women? Oh well, let's not change them. Human pretty Leliana, human pretty Morrigan, elven pretty Merrill, and human pretty Isabela - bring in two more human pretty girls (Cass and Vivi). Right. Time for a change (for just the guys). I call bullsh*t and I say it with Cassandra's flare. We've had too many pretty boys already OP. Time for a change.

Grey Warden is not ugly. We haven't seen a clear depiction of Iron Bull in-game yet. To me, what sets them apart is that they are big, muscular, buff and gruff. It has nothing to do with their faces, but I personally don't have a problem with their faces either. Are you opposed to their physiques or the hairiness?
I'm not really talking about female characters at this point, but personally, I wouldn't be opposed to a plain Jane female.

Well then, I see my post has encouraged some clarification. That's cool. By masculine and feminine, I'm speaking to primarily physical characteristics, and not to be confrontational, but let's not be obtuse about this. Masculine traits being defined as the secondary sex characteristics we commonly find in male humans: more hair, broader shoulders, deeper voice and generally taller.
These are traits that appeal to me. Like a said in my post before, I don't understand how someone can find traits usually ascribed to women (less hair, more slender stature, etc) attractive on a man. Now if we really want to get mired in a no wins, counterproductive argument, we could bring up personality stereotypes as well. But seeing as how the discussion has been civil thus far, I propose we not do that.

You're right, none of those preclude being feminine. But the word "pretty" has a feminine/less than manly connotation to it. When someone says "a pretty man" to me the conjured image is definitely different than "handsome man". It works the same with women too.

I'm wondering if we can't call for a compromise here.
Say, someone like Manu Bennett or Liam McIntyre?

Iron Bull in the trailer was old, roided out, had back boobs, and he was missing an eye. I thought the DA2 Qunari looked fine, but they had a little more flare and youth to them.
Grey Warden has a bushy beard. Barf. Who wants to f*ck their dad? Blech.
