You don't have to pay the PUGs. They won't make it out there eventually.
And the Alliance has infinite of the them.

Well one day the PUGs will run out.

The first 315612 Me3mp-matches they actually did bombard. Then they ran out of bombs. Now we are fed lies to keep up the fighting spirit.

Most of the cost was for that @#$% automatic fish feeder......

If only Shep would have just recruited StarFox...  there would have been time for aerial bombardments.

That thing cost more than military grade power armor!

Not from orbit. Can't be sure.

I think there usually is time for aerial bombardment. The reason we don't get deployed to places that have been bombarded is because there's no reason for us to be there.

If you're in danger of being shot down or captured, it might sometimes be better to drop your cargo to he recovered later than risk it being destroyed.

This is assuming that the enemy can't find it first.

You'll notice the enemy units don't give a **** about the objectives we do.

Well the ideal situation would just be to never run into any opposition, but sometimes your options are limited. You just have do whatever has the highest chance of success, even if those chances are slim to begin with.

Objectives would probably be impossible if the enemy could hack devices first.

No, that would make objectives fun.

Perhaps in ME4 there is time for aerial bombardment?

Or at least some Cain launchers?

How about "We have no time for aerial bombardment but we droped you some heavy weapons that might help" ?

I just wish they'd phrased it a bit better. Like "You're being dropped near a high value target. We can't risk orbital bombardment, so you're going to have to do this alone. Good luck, soldier."

It would be cool if in the future(IE, ME4) they replaced the rocket launchers with point orbital bombardment, like against the reaper on Rannoch. Would make a bit more sense, at any rate. In ME3 I feel like they could win the war if they just upped their production of Cobra Missile Launchers >.>
