Think the quest in Dragon Age Origins where 2 of your companions come to help you

or

The Citadel DLC in Mass Effect 3 where every companion ( + Wrex ) joins you.

My point is that sometimes it would be nice to have every companion tag along in a '' all hands on deck '' type of mission. The banter during the Citadel DLC was hilarious, with the enemies reacting to your team mates '' They have a Prothean!... '' and the squad members making fun of Shepard and his clone.

Now, I'm not asking for constantly, but a few missions like those above would be awesome.

Yeah, the Scarface-ish crossbow shooting was great.

The quest to rescue the Warden from Fort Drakon was hilarious, escaping without having to kill a single person was even more awesome, really helped break the ice there. Same goes for Aveline's quest to help her with Donnic. Hope there are more of that kind of "out of the ordinary" quests in DA:I.

I'm hoping BioWare know how much we love these things - I think my favourite one is The Long Road. Taking different groups of companions along to laugh at Aveline's attempts at seduction is one of the best parts of DA2. Not that I'd want something exactly like that again, but a lighthearted mission or two to relieve the gloom is certainly a good idea.

Yes to all of this! (And hopefully not in exclusively DLC style...  )

I hope bioware does make some room for some more comical takes. Their strangth lies in "our merry party" so I'd love both of those.

I love the missions that get a laugh out of you. I loved taking Isabela during the Long Road mission, because it added that extra bit of spice to make it epically entertaining. I also enjoyed the various permutations of Fort Drakon...

I loved lying to the Guards in MotA. "Make sure the world knows I died at Chateau Haine."

Merrill during Finders Keeper when she asks you about the fire/if it's a trap.

I hope there's a lot more levity, and more non essential non end of the world type quests. I also really hope for a lot more quests that are not combat centric that utilize companions, disguises, persuasion, puzzles, etc...

i would love more random quests, or even quests with punchlines.

look at swtor, there was a mission on tatooine where you tried to rescue a guys  family only to find they were uh...pleasure bot.  i laughed so hard at that.  it made me relax and kind of made things more realistic.

I think they're trying to make every mission fun, right?

But yeah, the silly ones are great. Especially if I can dress my companions up in silly clownish noble outfits.

Hopefully, there will be a lot of variety between the different quests. Something like ME2, where there was a great deal of variation from planet to planet.

More "Non-combat" missions would be great. Not necessarily "fun" (though I'm totally fine with that) missions, just more variety. Fort Drakon is a good example.

@Citadel-DLC. I really don't know what to think about the Citadel-DLC. It was ok (or good/great, whatever you want) as a "bonus-DLC", but I don't want such atmosphere in the base-game. It was just too much.

If we look at the dialogue of the Sec...Senecla...Sinich...the other guy beside the villager, it might be possible that we might be able to go in a mission to retrive a cat. I hope we can kill it

Seneschal.

seneschal /ˈsɛnəʃəl/ was an officer in the houses of important nobles in the Middle Ages. In a medieval noble household a seneschal was in charge of domestic arrangements and the administration of servants.

It's not like I suggest the whole game is like the Citadel. But 1-2 missions?

And I was rather referring to the whole squad tagging along, not necessarily the silliness and fan service.

I want a mission where you have to go to the Orlisian Ball, and pick one of your companions to be your date. Must include dancing.

That would pretty much guarantee I replay all of DA:I 9 times.

That, too.

I liked the entrances in Citadel.
