And the red hit points are ever grateful for their continuous sacrifice.
Their sacrifice shall be remembered in the coming empire.

The health bars are important. One of the most important and iconic characters in ME3 is known by his colored bars.
Replace Kaidan and Jacob with Indiana Jones and Han Solo and Mass Effect is the greatest literary piece to ever be written.
I was just remembering the Normandy med-evac scene. Back when it happened, I thought, "What the hell, I'm sending my squadmate back to the ship over a limp? We need to get to the beam, at all damn costs!"
Then I saw Shepard escort him to the Normandy, and saw like a dozen soldiers running out to assist the pickup, and I was like "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS DOING???" I mean, really, we're throwing our best soldiers into suicide and holding back these grunts?
Stoopid.
Also funny about the what-the-crap evac scene is who or what are the soldiers on the ramp shooting at?
Well given your squadmates don't actually follow you until the cutscene kicks in..

They had a vision of where they wanted things to end up (Joker and EDI in the Garden of Eden - Nowheria), and they didn't give a damn what they had to trample over to get them there.
Up to and including player hopes and expectations

One of the biggest problems with fixing this plot hole is that it relies on a pilot aboard the Normandy, and if Cortez dies in your playthrough, Joker's the only one left. It would have made much more sense for Cortez to swoop in on a shuttle and quickly whisk off to rendezvous with the Normandy. Tying the fate of two of your squad mates to Cortez would have been pretty interesting (and I admit this would probably please me), but I have no doubt it would also frustrate other players to no end.
There's that, but I'm thinking more in terms of internal and thematic consistency, coherency, and basic logic.Up to and including player hopes and expectations

That went out the window much earlier.

I would be interested on how Steve ends up on the Normandy after his shuttle is shot and you're able to talk with him via the hologram
Most. Awkward. Acting. Ever.I would be interested on how Steve ends up on the Normandy after his shuttle is shot and you're able to talk with him via the hologram
Plot holes plot holes everywhere. Wait, these are not plot holes. We just don't get it.

I figure you would know; do you get an option to talk to Traynor if romanced?
No. Not on Earth anyways.
Samantha's goodbye happens before Hackett gives his speech on the Normandy. She is not heard or seen until the third flashback if romanced.

That's what happens when you rush the ending out after one draft.
Samantha should have gotten a holo-call.

I just want to know how the rest of the squadmates got back on the Normandy since they were all at the FOB. How did they even get to the FOB in the first place?

Space Magic or they fell into a plot hole and ended up on the Normandy.
The other thing Bioware could've done about Steve. Have him say he crashed near the FOB where he's able to walk without running into any reaper ground forces and able to have a goodbye with Shepard. And then uses a shuttle to take the squadmates, that aren't with Shepard, back to the Normandy.

Yes she shoud have. I have accepted she didn't and glad I got what I did with her goodbye on the ship.
I'm thinking Kelly got it worse than anyone - I don't believe there's a flashback for her, no ending slide, and little indication whether she's alive or dead. As much as I dislike what Weekes did with the Rannoch arc, as I understand it was his petitioning that kept Tali from being dumped on the Citadel as an ambassador and meeting the same ambiguous fate after the Reapers capture it.No. Not on Earth anyways.

Priority:Earth should have been the mission where you fought alongside all your squadmates, sadly, you can only do that in an optional DLC.

Shhesh; don't get me started on the locvation of the set down, the FOB and the beam.
