Welp, now the gloves are coming off.  I come in here trying to discuss Cassandra and people like you spit it back in my face because you don't like the way I go about it.   No wonder there's an argument in here every five minutes.  Because people like Cespar over here get super defensive from me simply trying to stir up discussion.  For God's sake, at least I'm trying to make benign idle chatter, while Cespar and company are having a ***** fit over word usage.

That's misplaced blame.  You don't drench the entire neighborhood in water if one house is on fire.  We should be able to discuss any topic we want.  The only fault lies in the idiots who got worked up over a silly thing like that in the first place.

Discuss whatever topic you wish. Just don't do it in a deliberately provocative manner because you're aware it will upset certain people and lead to yet multiple pages filled with nothing but this very discussion we are having.

Arrogance implies I believe myself to be above the norm. However, given the transparency of your intentions, I'd say anyone of average intellect would be able to discern them. It's really not a great feat.
