What the hell is this?
Cass seems to be thinking the same thing.

I was gonna post that yesterday but thought better of it XD I would never put that on her head, but her expression is adorable, tbh.

The flowers that the inquisitor bought for her! ![]()
I don't think so. Aveline received a lot of negative reception and they just went a step farther, giving us a great warrior woman as a romance option. If BW is good at something then it's "F*ck you, we decide what's good".
Maybe they come up with weird explanations and justifications later on to please fans but so far the initial concepts have been their own decisions, I think. Others do a lot worse.
They gave us a great warrior as a romance option, because people was complaining about Isabella banging everything that had a pulse. As Cassandra is the total opposite of Isabella. Besides, people really didn't care that much because Aveline wasn't a LI.
There has been thread after thread about Cassandra's look, and even people on Facebook, and other gaming sites complaining.

You say that as if one should care about what people on Facebook say.
My point was that despite people claiming Aveline was too manly they did not shy away from pairing Cassandra's rough nature with a short haircut and an awesome scar.
Cassandra is much loved and surely one of the most popular DA characters ever. And BW could simply avoid any further problems by making the next Josie a blonde noble from Nevarra who's into hand bags or stuff. Then we have another DAO Leliana and keep a Cassandra without any problems. Making Josie not look like a classical beauty was the only "mistake" BW made and it can be fixed easily to satisfy even the last moron around.
It is true, Bioware does show a will to bend to popular demand every once in a while, but they do also say **** you when it comes to what they think is sensible for taste, so I probably shouldn't worry much. I've found someone I liked in each game thus far, so.
And them saying **** you and going with what they think is sensible... is a double edged sword, but I'd rather have that than be boring. And for the most part it works out.
Meh, I get that reusing some of their old templates makes sense, but I'd rather see them make something new.
So we know Cassandra stares at the Inquisitor's butt if romanced, but does the Inquisitor stare at Cassandra's? Or is he more of a gentleman?

All I want is a two-handed warrior badass female(Templar, really).

That female templar in haven warranted at least a flirt...
But who knows, we may one day get a proud silver shield female warrioress decked out in gleaming silverite armor and crew cut.
Blond too? gotta give Steelcan something ![]()
Blond too? gotta give Steelcan something
Christ no. Brunette or redhead.
Someone sexy, like Sonya the barbarian from Diablo 3.

Is there any videos out there of Cassandra romancing an Inquisitor who is non human and non religious ? I want to see if she is indeed okay with such a thing and that its not forced.
I would like to play as a male Lavellan romancing Cassandra. The male Lavellan will be a guy is of the "Gods don't give jack shite about us, so we shouldn't care for or worship them" so I wonder how this will work with Cassandra.
I played a Dalish semi-religiously, and she was fine with it. The few times you have to eat a "Greatly disapproves" can be easily countered by her personal quests.

My guess is:
(a) religious elf
(b ) non religious elf
Minor difference.

She looks like all the boys on the playground picked teams and didn't pick her, since we know women can't play sports.

No. She just saw the Inquisitor flirting with Harding.

She'd rather punch a dragon anyway ![]()
She'd rather punch a dragon anyway
She'd rather be accepted as she is.
That's her deal.
She's been a warrior all her life, but she wants to be seen as a woman by someone.
Its a tired old trope but it suits her well.

Blasphemy! Cassandra is a warrior first, because she loves punching dragons, bears, and anything that opposes the inquisition. There is no woman under all that armor!
