I like opposite attraction, so Iron man and Cassandra.
Opposites tend not to attract, hence them being opposites. And Deadpool is tremendously overrated. He's cool and all, but he's entirely a 1-trick pony. His split personality is his only schtick.

There's no way in hell Cass could ever match the boredom that Superman inspires.
Superman is actually not that boring. I can't speak for the New 52 (nor do I want to, I hate everything I've heard of the reboots), but Superman has had some of the best stories in comic history. Red Son Superman (from the aptly titled Superman: Red Son series) and the Ultraman (From the Crisis on Earth-Three story) versions of Superman are all some pretty bad motherf**kers. Superman from the Injustice video game and the related comic tie-in is the anti-boring.
His morality is pretty boring on paper, but the "What's So Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way?" story (or the movie adaptation: Superman vs. The Elite) and the run of All-Star Superman (and the movie with the same title) demonstrate why so many people love him.
I hate that Superman is so disgustingly overpowered though. Realistically, there'd be next to no conflict in the DCU at all with him around, outside the cosmic entities and god figures.

Iron man and Pepper.
Shaggy and Velma.
All movies where thev popular girl ends up with the "nerd."
Vegata and Bulma.
Iron Bull and Dorian.
Cassandra and that mage from the anime.
Blackwall and Josephine.
My grandparents.
The list goes on.
Notice that these are all fictional couples.
Pretty sure his grandparents are not fictional ... right? ![]()

That underlined bit is exactly why I find him boring. I don't deny that the writers do what they can pretty well with him, but that right there keeps me from getting into him as a concept.

And the funniest part is that he's actually easy to kill in the DC universe lol

No he's not. Prior to the New 52, he's had, I think, 4 deaths, which is low by comic standards. The only thing he weak to is Kryptonite (also magic at one point, but that was phased out). Red star radiation strips away his powers, but he's hardly defenseless. The only times Superman has died were either from Doomsday bashing is face in (and Doomsday's entire point of existing is to kill Superman) or from magic, before they did away with his weakness to magic. The entire point of Superman is that he's ridiculously strong, durable, and has an unshaking moral center.
Of course, it's comics, so even when he does die, he just comes back to life. That, or he does some comic book mumbo jumbo and ascends to godhood, like All-Star Superman or Superman 1 Million.
... I want to see Superman fight Juggernaut, from the X-Men comics. The Immovable Object being rammed full-speed by the Unstoppable Force. Also because Juggernaut's power set is absurdly OP, but not nearly as versatile as Superman's.

I'm not into bashing Batman's best pal. He holds that position for a reason. Still, all of the badass Supermen you mentioned are not Superman. That's all Elseworlds or multiverse counterparts. It's not the best approach to make a stand for one character and then point out how cool others are.
Realistically there'd be no conflict in the Marvel universe either when you have somebody like Wolverine. Especially if you stack it up with other superheroes for the Avengers and such. Yet, there is. As you pointed out so well before they are all flawed and if nothing else does, at least their personality can stand in their way. Sometimes you don't have to die to leave everything in ruins.
However, that bit I highlighted... man, really. "My sister said that her best friend thinks that the New 52 is really not so good because her brother bought that one issue of Grimm's Fairy Tales and heard a guy in the shop saying that the New 52 is really not so good". Let's speak again once you bothered to actually read any of it. Then you may judge, for better or for worse.

They're as much 'Superman' as any multiversal counterpart is to any other character. Superman from Injustice is still Superman. Superman from Man of Steel is still Superman. Marvel Zombies Spider-Man is still Spider-Man.

In regards to Wolverine, Wolverine can't fly, nor does he have any capacity for ranged combat (unless he has a gun or other weapon). He also isn't massively strong like Superman is, though he is stronger than any non-metahuman.
I have seen pieces from the New 52, and I truly dislike all of what I have seen, save for a few Batman stories (and Batman is by far their most popular character, so one would assume that Batman has good stories). Lobo, one of my favorite DC characters, has a terrible redesign that does little justice to his 'iconic' look (as iconic as a more obscure character can be), and his personality has changed from the trigger-happy, crazy bounty-hunter/mercenary who loves dolphins and pop culture to a dark and brooding Final Fantasy reject. N52 Martian Manhunter is really wonky and strange and confused. First he's an ex-member of the Justice League (what?), then he really wasn't (some handwaving about how "former member of the League" is shorthand for 'public superhero', and then he was again, and then he rejoined the League, but now the League is a government-run project instead of an informal collective of metahumans like it normally is.
N52 Superman (before I stopped reading it, can't speak for the more recent stuff) has a greatly different personality from 'normal' Superman, on top of his hideous jeans-and-a-t-shirt outfit (which they have since done away with, but it happened nonetheless). A more shallow and superficial nitpick, but I don't like how Superman and Lois are 'just friends', and Superman is really with Wonder Woman.
I will say that the art in the New 52 is generally pretty good though. N52 Flash and Green Lantern look good.
Whoa! This picture is amazing! ![]()
Not the only one who noticed how amazingly beautiful this area is, I see. They really went all out with the lighting in her mission. Only time you see dawn in the game.

I'm partial to the Emerald Graves, especially the area with the massive waterfall that feeds into the river (I forget the name of the area).
So, I saw these cool things on Tumblr. Thought I'd share them.
Like something you'd find in a book of philosophical quotes.
I find myself in need of some advise. I created a male character specifically to romance Cassandra, due to some choices, I ended up with Dorian. Okay, lets try again, created another male and ended up with Dorian.
Do all roads lead to Dorian? Is it just me? How can you work up the favor of the Seeker? I prefer the Mage playthrough, want Leliana as Divine.
Other than flirting with Dorian, what advise can you all provide?

I advise you stop flirting with Dorian.

You meant "not flirting" for that matter, yes? ![]()
Btw, Cass' romance won't trigger until you go meet The warden in Crestwood at the very least, it's not only the point of approval. Wiki says that it won't trigger until the Promise of destruction but it's bs. And regarding the mages, don't concerne yourself with it - I was rolling a necro (for some extra lulz from her reaction on that) and was pretty straightforward with her, said I don't believe in Maker, allied with the mages and all that stuff. I don't think my approval was very high, neutral at best and I was still able to trigger it. So I guess as long as your Inq is not a total douche you'll be fine once you complete the guilty pleasures and meet the Warden. Also, not flirting with the others also helps I believe. And the flirting with her helps, of course. Lots of it just to be safe.

This helped immensely. Ok, no flirting with the stach...I think I can do that.
