Well, to do that, you'd need to believe that Krem was wrong/lying, but that transsexuals IRL shouldn't be discriminated against, and quite frankly, I have no idea what sort of thought process would lead to both conclusions appearing in one human.

The same logic that says one can be offended at mods that change gays, but when it's a straight woman, suddenly it's a big deal to dislike it.

 

And for the record, I support the mod on the grounds that people can do whatever the hell they want. What I don't support is this tired hypocrisy. And I'm speaking in general here from what I'm seeing in the various threads talking about this, since I don't really even know you around the boards.

I really never expected the world of video games and the internet to show me that, comparatively, I was the emotionally mature, well-adjusted one.

No, more like  all the fights and problems it causes, not only here, but on social media. It would be, a hell of a lot less trouble, for the dev's , if it wasn't there. And frankly, it's more than embarrassing: when fellow fans go and abuse and harass people on SM.
