I have to admit that I enjoyed playing the Josie romance is entertaining as heck if you're a fan of Disney-esque romances, but honestly? I felt it lacked depth.

My first playthrough was with Josephine, and I didn't find it to my liking, and I actually started to fall for Cassandra on that playthrough. So I pretty much rushed through that playthrough.

Josephine's romance seemed to perfect and Disney-like for me. She seemed like a perfect person for someone who enjoys fairytales and happily ever after stories.

Cassandra's happy endings are better because she actually puts out XD

Cassandra truly is a woman after my own heart.  If only she were real.  Women these days hate romantics.

What women do you talk to, strippers?

Huh. I live there too, but never in my life have I experienced any of this systematic oppression of women.

Oh, wow, that right there is incontrovertible evidence. I’ve personally never seen a tiger.

I’ve largely enjoyed lurking this thread because of Cass, but after seeing people’s beliefs crawling out from under the rocks, it’s troublesome even with ignore list at full force.

So long.

Why would a stripper hate romantics more than a woman of any other profession?

Well, it's clear that you haven't bothered to actually read any of my points, so your response to me is entirely hollow.

Well I like more than that about Cassandra. Sera also puts out, but I don't really play female characters, unless FF10-2 and FF13 or HawkexAnders.

If I were out shaking my tailfeather for cash, the last thing I'd want is some dude trying to be romantic to me...

edit: I mean on the job.

Workplace romances are too much trouble, anyway.

People are thinking of modern business places, but comrades fighting together everyday will develop feelings for each other, because you will never know when it's going to be your last.

Yuck to HawkexAnders or the final fantasy?

This isn't necessarily true. If anything, this same token would be a case for the opposite, where an attraction would be a bad idea because the other person (or both) could die at any given moment. Miranda actually addresses this in ME2, when she first protests the romance.

No, more like....any woman.  Most women I've talked to only like the meat head Alpha male types.

Attraction would be a bad idea, but some people can't fight back those feelings. Those risks shouldn't keep someone back from what they take a liking to.

Cassandra also addreses those issues after the sex scene.

Same here, though I know my experience is hardly the norm. I'm 19, and most every woman I talk to is either my age, or within 5 years my senior.
