I think because it was a late rewrite. they had to change a lot about kai leng, javik, ash/kaiden, etc..

I welcome the Udina arc in ME3 since i always wanted to shoot him in the face and i got the chance to do just that.

I was actually finally warming to him at the beginning of ME3. I mean, it was such a catastrophe that even he softened up a bit.

yea they did show his softer side for a bit in ME3 but in the end he turned out to be same old conniving douche he's always been, although you could argue that he did what he did in earth's best interest ( in his mind that is ), idk im just not his biggest fan.

I actually am a fan of TIM, that might be confusing given what i just said about Udina but there it is , i was hoping we could convince him to join our cause at the end of ME3.

Saren was probably my favorite "villain" in the Mass Effect series, because he knew that he was doing the wrong thing, but saw no other way to fight against the Reapers.

I don't know if I prefer Saren or the Illusive Man. They both have their pros and cons as villains. I think I'll give a teeny tiny edge to TIM, since I like his backstory better than Saren's.

I guess working with Tim can make it a lot personal, because you actually had experience with him. I can see how part of that can make him an appealing antagonist.

Wtf is vegemite anyways? People are eating gobs of this stuff and I never heard of it.

Food paste made from old yeast extract and vegetable additives. It looks like week-old coffee grounds and tastes like dead, diseased animal carcass, though maybe I haven't had good vegemite, since I hear people say it's not bad.
