I actually am a fan of TIM, that might be confusing given what i just said about Udina but there it is , i was hoping we could convince him to join our cause at the end of ME3.
Me too. on both counts. Heh it would have made an interesting redemption story in the end, which granted depending on if you take the paragon path or the renegade path in ME 3 with him at the end it kind of was anyways...but a man who goes from being a 'good' guy to a total arse hat back to a 'good' guy.
I don't know if I prefer Saren or the Illusive Man. They both have their pros and cons as villains. I think I'll give a teeny tiny edge to TIM, since I like his backstory better than Saren's.
Indeed. I prefer him since he went from being a 'good' guy, though with morally questionable decisions, to a bad guy. Actually I have mixed feelings about that think I would have preffered more subtlely in his performance in 3, like in 2, but alas can't have everything. Though even if you view him as a 'bad guy' through 2 and 3 it makes a bold decision on BioWare's part to make you work with....the antagonist, roughly.
I also think there is a lot more philsophical meat with him then with Saren. A lot more warnings about the dangers of power, nationalism taken too far, and just being twisted up inside. And being the ultimate renegade. Heck I viewed him and Anderson as the two little 'angels' on my Fem Sheps shoulder during the trilogy, her two father figures.
