Hammers don't make very good weapons. Not unless the opponent is wearing solid armor, anyway.
Right on the shoulder... that'd work.
But there's something sexy about slicing limbs.

Hammer with force right on the head works well enough though.

I would say Solas is an INTP btw... if you want that for reference.
And Mordin an ENTP. Both Weekes characters.. he seems like an ENTP himself.

The hammer is good for giving someone a concussion (or any other serious head injury) through a metal helmet, but not much else.

She looks almost disappointed.

We had enough debates about that in the Solas thread. I personally really don't know. But I see how he's very judgemental, he does not shy away from decisions, does not try to "keep his options open" (all referring to the last site Ventus quoted). So I cannot clearly say he's P instead of J. I think we know far too little of the characters to be sure of a classification.

True enough. I leaned on P, because he's got that slacker vibe going on... "eh.. wait a sec... one more trip to the fade... let me sleep."
I did not speak of concussion. I spoke of immediate brute force right to the skull, possibly with the sharp end of the hammer (if it has one). I've seen skulls cracked open by hammers. It works well enough.

Oh come on, we both know acid does things to you, whatever type you are. ![]()

True. That's my story too. ![]()

I can see why you'd want to move from your own stereotype Siha.. They're all masterminds and villains. ![]()
Illusive Man
That kid from Death Note..
Some INTJs seem to like this, but it's unrealistic. Just like ISTP athleticism. I'm not Michael Jordan. I used to be a good basketball player and skateboarder, but I love a lot of stationary things too.

Agreed, we had a discussion about this in the Solas thread and he seems from what is shown currently to be like that mostly.
As for hammers, many die from blunt damage in warfare.

These will kill you. Better than a sword would in some cases, as breaking bone would incapacitate you more effectively than a cut and even a stab. People didn't always die so quickly or become incapacitated from sword attacks like you'd think. Personally, I'd rather have an axe or a mace in medieval combat than anything else.

Even 2handed swords were employed for hammering armored opponents. You could finish them with a thrust, but it was the crush that did them in first. You wouldn't even need to sharpen the edges.
@Ventus
And? The point is moot anyway, a hammer is a blunt object, and blunt damage claimed many lives in medieval combat, including from hammers.

Indeed. Knights didn't switch to the handle of the sword for killing for no reason.

Yep... my only complaint is that it's nasty.
I don't have it in me to crush as much as slash. It's all aesthetics with me. lol

Wait... if you put it like that I do feel quite comfortable with it.
And mind if I quote that last part in my sig or something? Because it made me laugh. Nearly, I mean, considering my new mastermind villain status I cannot laugh openly at something like that. Or, say, a goat.

I will make it short Ventus: read your own words as bolded above. If you doubt, let me hit you right on the head without a helmet but with a hammer and we shall see.

I couldn't tell you honestly, but I think I'd go with whatever's more effective and would keep me alive. I don't much care about the guy trying to kill me, so long as he fails and he's dead.

Umm.. feel free. I'm lost though... what's funny?
So you do want to be a mastermind. Typical.

Maybe that's why Magic finds himself on the verge to F recently?

i'm weird.. concern for my enemies. Even when I land a good blow in a fight... I'm like "Damn.. I'm sorry..that looked bad."

Though if you consider that stationary, you're doing it wrong, ha.
