Gif is a good influence on this thread, maybe the best.

It's uncanny how she does that. You didn't like it at first, if I recall.

Turns out she's better at naming people than they arhttps://www.youtube....?v=OBGOQ7SsJrweat naming themselves.

She gave me mine because she's always rescuing me in MP.

Yea, I thought it was the tv show host Conan, not the badass Conan the Barbarian  When I got that, I started to like it.

What does that have to do with nonsensical statements.

The agenda is bringing up SJW crap in a conversation about Cassandra's short hair not making her a lesbian. And you're still trying to derail the thread with this. Go to bed, dude.

I found your anger at Xil completely nonsensical, since you acted as though she should have the same point of view as you, or that she should have the same biases that you do. I'm still perplexed about it, since there was no reason to express such hostility or anger towards her.

Also, this thread was created by a woman who hoped to romance Cassandra with a female Inquisitor; it's a little late to complain about people addressing a gay perspective in this thread.

Okay, well--

Cassandra: *slowly brings her head up to the Inquisitor's, kissing his stomach and chest along the way* The lingerie was a good idea, I would say. *unbuttons the Inquisitor's pants with one hand, strokes the Inquisitor's forehead and cheek with the other while she leans in and kisses him*

Inq: Mmm, me too. *continues kissing Cassandra, slides pants down and kicks them off form around his ankles*

When writing softcore pornography tasteful literature, I find it helpful to be as descriptive of the events as possible, to give the reader a clear image of what's happening.

Washing it isn't enough to keep it soft o.o

Spend a summer in Angola and you'll get it.

I live in south carolina, hot and humid, makes for frizzy hair issues unless you wash and comb, which I do and can confirm, tis soft ;)

Same for my beard.

Probably not, but if Cassandra is an Andrastian, then she most likely believe there is an afterlife. That would explain her problem with the Necromancer, which adds to the dislike of her family already.

Considering that's probably true, it's really remarkable how she'll look past her reasonable prejudice and romance a Necromancer. As soon as I started thinking up someone to romance Cass, I knew I just needed him to have that specialization.

Maybe I'm addicted to irony.

Yea, I like the love stories that brings two different people together, which is most of them out there. Makes for an interesting fan fiction.

Do you employ modern toiletries or just plain water?

So... is she like the real life Varric?

Bubblier, more enthusiastic, and surprisingly more prone to naughty trains of thought.

Varric combined with Merrill, maybe. lol.

Yep, not a fan of the concept that people have to be so similar to like one another. It's more meaningful to me when people can look past the differences and still be in love. Or even better, accept the differences and love them for it. I like that Cassandra's romance allows this, with the chantry issue for instance.

Usually shampoos and such, but I've been camping before where that wasn't an option for a while, same difference. And of course, I've had to resort to just using barsoap, and they do have soap in this setting, even if not like ours exactly. All hair needs is water and combing. My hair is close to a black man's hair since I'm biracial. Not quite. It won't get "nappy" but it's still rougher than non african american hair, and can get a bit coarse when dry and left unattended. With combing, it stays wavy/curly, thick and soft. If my hair can be like that from just combing and washing with water, Cassandra's certainly can as well.

Inq: *Begins to slide underwear off, maneuvering his hands and arms around Cassandra, who is on top of him*

*Suddenly, the bedroom door opens and Varric walks in carrying the newest volume of Swords and Shields*

Varric: Seeker? Leliana told me you were in here, I've got you're-- Andraste's sweet a*s! *shields his face with his arms, still holding the book; Cassandra and the Inquisitor scramble off of each other and Cassandra covers herself with a sheet* I'll just step out! *briskly backs away, knocking into the wall and going out the door*

Inq: *stands up and turns to Cassandra* Don't worry, I'll see what he wants. *goes out to see Varric*

Varric: *still shielding face* Is it safe to look? Cassandra isn't about to run me through, is she? *slowly separates fingers in front of his face and peeks through*

Inq: She's still in the bed, Varric. You'd best get out of here before she sees you. I'll give the book to her.

Varric *hands him the book* Thank the Maker. Here, maybe this will help the two of you. Leliana owes me a drink or 20. However many it takes to erase the last 60 seconds from my memory. *leaves*

What? It can't be TOO explicit, I'd get banned (again) if I go too far. Besides, a little friends-walking-in-on-you-having-sex never hurt anybody.

o.o she's a warrior I cannot imagine her actually greasing her hair or using fragrance for it like nobility.
So yeah it's likely got wind and sun damage.
It's fine though.
She wouldn't be who is if she actually cared about her appearance.

I always thought Cass would clean her hair, comb it, braid it, but also use scented oils every now and then. I imagine after a long day of killing things, some blood and stuff would get in her hair. in extreme heat that would smell gross very fast. Since she is a romantic at heart,I would like to think she would use something rose scented for special occasions, and other times something like vanilla.

Hair is forever frizzy. Would trade a shade of skin tone for less afro.

The American Southwest is fairly humid.

That said the Eastern Africas are worse.

At least the middle east is dry heat, Angola and the Congo are hot, soupy armpits.

Yet she does take the time to do some quite extensive make up every day. Or do you think her eyes look like that naturally?

Actually yes.

I'd assumed it was some sort of natural deformity. Selective pigmentation deficiency or perhaps even minor necrosis.

I've seen similar cases in fingers and toes.
