In society it is taboo and well, Illegal. I actually read an interesting paper on it recently. If I recall, there was a brother and sister in Britian caught having a sexual relationship. Both consenting adults but since there is no such thing as privacy these days the girl actually had death threats sent to her during the legal hearings. A bit much, really. I can think of worse crimes for one to commit.
I'm pretty 'meh' about it all really. It's none of my business what people do in there own homes as long as they are consenting adults that aren't hurting anyone. It is not something I really think about.

Just to get the point across that the joke character is a horndog, and they had to use the chantry women to do it, which just puts a bad taste in my mouth. If there was a chantry woman or two doing this as a part of a story, that'd be one thing. But nay, it was just a joke for adolescent boys.
