The moon has a gravitational field too, Warder. Pluto isn't a planet because it can't clear the space around it's orbit with it's gravity.

According to one source in a vague account.
The doctor could also call Pluto a dwarf planetoid in place of a planet but it retains enough mass to possess a gravitational field.
What are you trying to say with this? Every celestial body in the known universe, from stars to planets to planetoids to moons to large asteroids possess gravitational fields.
Just as the man in question is still a human, he still lives, nothing in that account even offered anything on the mental facilities of the president, merely what a doctor made of them afterwards.
You said the onus is on me? There you go.
For starters, you told me this:
You would need to establish a concept of justifying what is or isn't cognitive thought first and fore most then you would need to establish if the character in question does or does not posses it.
So I recommend you follow your own advice and establish a concept of what is or isn't cognitive thought (without diluting the phrase down to meaningless levels, like I said). Just saying "he's human because I said so" means nothing when you leave it at that, and it actively contradicts what's been established. The DOCTOR WHO WORKED ON HIM says that it's not Huerta.
There is no reasonable assertion beyond a single second hand account that lacks detail.
Actually there is, it's called "brain death". I bring this up because Huerta was BRAIN DEAD for an hour and a half. The human body is physically incapable of surviving through brain death (especially after an hour and a half like Huerta) without mass amounts of life support. If someone is brain dead, then they have no ability to function on their own in ANY capacity. Their brains literally don't work anymore. They can't breathe, eat, drink, etc, and involuntary impulses sent from the brain to the rest of the body are stopped. Literally the only thing keeping a brain dead person alive is life support. they have no ability to reason, to think, to form any kind of independent thought.
Huerta is dead.

God -.- I know.
I'm just pointing out that a certain density of mass you get a spherical shape. That said it's odd that it's field operates as it does.
It's has a moon or two if I remember.
Anyway.
Nitpicking I swear.

Huerta is dead.
Again it's all based on a second hand, vague accounting, the operating surgeon or no. He didn't cite a single specific instance to make his thesis. He worked off professional opinion.
So to me that isn't reasonable proof or anything near it because it amounts to: Relax, I be a doctor.
So basically it's an argument without merit from the beginning.
Mmm.
Okay I'll ignore the rest of it because it's a pointless speculative bickering match and I'm growing weary of the back and forth.
I disagree.
Why the hell can't you pick a more interesting subject to debate? Or at the very least a more citable topic.
It's all of one network report and a conversation in ME3
Also I'll point out the friggin supreme court sides with me on the issue.

I thought their ships could only do short transitional sublight bursts outside of a relay.
They have FTL drives that can do about 12 light years per day or about 4,383 times the speed of light. The drive core builds up a massive static charge over time that can discharge within the ship, reducing how long you can stay at FTL.
The Relays just allow for near-instant travel.

Did you know that in 3 years (from 2183 to 2186), one can age 6 years, going from 12 years old to 18? William C. Dietz knows.
Did you know that autism just sort of goes away over time? William C. Dietz knows.
Speaking of the novels, did that rewrite ever occur or did they just forget about it?

why does Cassandra loves Varric's books so much?
and she seem to have a romanticized fantasy of Hawke from all the banters with Varric (she even read about the Champion twice!!!).
and since her ex-bf just died in the conclave, she started a new relationship so soon? she doesn't struck me as that kind of person. why did they break up?

I'm pretty sure they just forgot about it (or hoped we would forget about it). The rewrite was announced back in, what, August 2012? It still hasn't happened.

"Where" does Cassandra love Varric's books? I'm assuming you mean "why" instead of "where". She has tastes like any other person, and she just happens to like smutty romance novels. She's heavy into romance, and Hawke does a lot of traditionally romantic things (depending on how you play DA2). In DA2 after fighting the Arishok, she makes special note of this, saying that it all sounds very romantic.
Regalyan wasn't her ex-boyfriend. Well, I guess he actually is since they broke up, but Cassandra herself says that what they had was fleeting, implying that it was a brief relationship, if not just a fling. It also happened when they were both very young, right after Cassandra finished her Seeker training. Cassandra's been single for close to 20 years in DAI.

yeah, i meant why.
so since she is a romantic at heart, why did she break up with Regalyan? i didn't know she had been single for close to 20 years.

They probably started to drift apart after Dawn of the Seeker

Cassandra was formally made a Seeker, and Regalyan was promoted to Enchanter within the Circle. Not only would they both be incredibly busy, but they'd be far away from each other. Cassandra never speaks ill of Regalyan, so I'm guessing they ended things on good terms since they wouldn't have much opportunity to see each other.

but Cassandra slept with him didn't she? if she is a romantic at heart, shouldnt she treat the relationship more seriously instead of a fling? i am thinking of starting a new character and still couldn't decide to romance her or Dorian. the new character is going to be ruthless and templar loving.

If you're hung up over a relationship from 20 years ago, you have some serious emotional issues. Relationships end, sometimes for no reason, realize that and move on.

She might have. Their relationship isn't really explored in any depth. They kiss in Dawn of the Seeker, and Cassandra mentions him in DAI, but she doesn't talk about what they did. Given that Cassandra is romantic (and that their relationship was brief and fleeting), she actually may not have slept with him (though she probably has, I'm just pointing out the possibility that she didn't). She says to the Inquisitor that she wants a man to court her, to "sweep her off her feet". Regalyan didn't exactly do that.
They both likely considered their relationship as important and serious, but I don't think they were together long enough to say for sure. Again, the only timeframe there is to work with is Dawn of the Seeker and some of Cassandra's comments made in banter and conversation.
I don't think a ruthless templar-lover would fit for any of the romances in this game, to be honest. Cassandra is Lawful Good, with a smattering of Lawful Neutral thrown in. She is very compassionate to "good" people and only wishes to do good by herself and the Chantry. She's not afraid to get violent with people who make her angry, but that's really only ever directed at villains (and Varric). She has the same opinion of templars as she does everyone else: she acknowledges that there are some corrupt templars in their hierarchy, but that most of them are good people with good intentions. Dorian is similar, he wants to improve the image of Tevinter in the eyes of the rest of Thedas, and to improve Tevinter itself (which is why he hates Corypheus so much). He's loaded with sarcasm, but he has a good heart and gets along with people. Being a mage, he certainly isn't a fan of templars.

I've been a mood for coming up with crossover battles, and one that I really want to see is Cassandra taking on Bellona (from SMITE). Granted, SMITE is a MOBA and the only real lore available is the mythology behind each god and goddess, but a 1-on-1 melee fight between the 2 would be fun to watch. Of course, since Bellona is the Roman goddess of War, you'd have to limit or take away her divinity for the fight to be fair, but Cassandra can also cancel out magic, so that might even the playing field. It would be Cassandra with her sword, shield, and Seeker powers vs. Bellona and her sword/shield, war hammer, and scourge. If I could draw worth a damn I would draw it and put it on deviantart. 2 sexy warrior women going at it? Yes, I want to see that.
And when I say "going at it", I mean actually fighting and not some hot girl-on-girl action that I would joke about on any other given day

vs.
