CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES!

Haha xD Jokes aside, that is a surprisingly interesting  anime. It deals with some darker themes of humanity, poverty, cults, experimenting on children, and ect. It's worth a watch.

Seriously if you have disposable income donate it to a cause.

Buy a gun.

Remodel the living room.

Jesus Christ

But dolls are so much better to quote ehte solas thread

'I don't mind starting a fundraiser but I'm not willing to own the doll myself. So the doll has to be given to somebody else. Another problem is if we have enough Solasmancers to fund it in the first place.

Based on this company:
Basic Male Doll – starts at $5,900

Custom head – starts at $4,000. Please email for details
Freckles – start at $50 and go up depending on placement, density and amount
Custom eyes – start at $300. Our professional eye maker can make any color or style of eyes you want including atypical colors and animal/monster eyes
Eyebrows – $35 and up. We offer 3D paint and real hair options for eyebrows to increase realism.
Excluding tailor for his outfit.
Total around starting $10,200 to make a Solas silicon doll.'

Someone was willing to start a kickstarter to fund a real-life Solas sex doll..one of the super realistic ones. Which has a big price of over 2000. SO this wasting money should not surprise me..

But........why?

Meh, **** that. Life's short. If I have cash like that to burn, I'll spend it on numero uno, or people close to me, not some "cause". May as well flush it down the toilet, especially if you're talking charity.

I don't see the big deal, if someone thinks it's worth 4000, more power to 'em. Lucky him. Or not since he didn't get what he wanted, lol.

If he's not rich though, then lol dumb ass.

If I had more money than I or my family needed then I would put it towards a good cause. But I was never one for materialistic things and I would probably run out of ideas on how to spend it before long so you know, help a starving kid here, a sick one there etc, etc. *shrugs*

I'd do it directly and drop a bag of money to some homeless dude on the street or something, or deliver it myself to families I know need it. But I'd never trust any organization to do the right thing with my money.

Donating to the poor through charities has tax benefits. Giving it directly to poor people does not. I care more about tax privileges than trying to save the world.

**** tax benefits tbh, I just want to make sure the only people benefiting from my charity are the actual people who need it. One can do a lot of good right in your own neighborhood yourself without involving churches and charity organizations and all the middle men.

Without private donations from individuals the PLO never would have gotten enough membership and resources together to basically confront the UN.

To force the world to acknowledge the cause wasn't some minute thing to brush under the rug.

While I get the small town mentality, I truly do, it just doesn't apply to the global stage.

To build a country you need money.

To get money you need backers.

Plus you know, it's pretty sweet directly impacting modern politics just from cutting a check.

I don't care about building countries, really. Lost cause if you ask me. The way I see it, the wealth in the world is as it will be for quite some time, and if it changes, it won't be because of charity.

May as well help those around you who are poor in your own country.

Which makes that internet gangster thing very ironic, lol.

Just gonna put it out there, if you're really that concerned with tax benefits from charity, you probably shouldn't be chucking money at organizations that get fat off of it anyway. How you going to let someone else hustle you when you're already broke?

You can **** what I just said. Better than fat cats ****** my wallet ;)

Not really. The costs of giving to charities is less than the money you save, that's why people do it.

Actually, it's generally the rich who do this... because the more you give the more you save. That's the real reason they do it. It's the same with mortgage income tax breaks.
