Well, there we go. Game, yes. Book, nooooooooo.
From where I'm sitting, you're the one taking more issue with me than I'm taking issue with... Anything. Every other post I see from you to me is another thinly-veiled insult and complaint.
...
Also, you were the one who responded to me when I mentioned hypothetically visiting Mars. I wasn't the one who started it.
Sorry, I missed this. If you quote, please include the name or BSN won't notify me.
Anyway, no actually. I noticed you don't understand when I'm joking, so that's one reason. At other times I supported your posts, which you either ignored or which didn't turn out any better. That "anti male white gamer" issue comes to mind, but I know there were more. But I'm content with taking the blame for insufficient phrasing.
(Visiting Mars was not my point btw. It was the terraforming comment, even before having been there. Just a reference to the good old "Join the army. Visit exotic places, meet new people, and kill them.")

Everyone's opinion aside, Book Lang is actually weaker than the one game by in-universe standards, so they'd all die and are all awful. You'll learn to accept this one day. And on that day, I'll give you your cereal back.
Why?
Would Thane have beaten Kai Leng had he been healthy?
I believe he could have, yes, though it would be a close fight.
Leng received a few upgrades since his last book appearance (not that ME3 took advantage of them or put them on display) what with his cybernetic legs.
So, in short, Leng might have the physical hand-to-hand advantage, but Thane is biotic (and, if I had to guess, a better shot with a firearm). In a fist fight I'd give it to Leng for the win, but in a skirmish or a sniper contest (you know, assassin-y things) Thane takes it.

Until he uses a nerve gas grenade which makes biotics useless and strolls over to thane slits his throat from dorsal appendage to dorsal appendage.
He doesn't fight on anyone's terms but his own.
You know, he takes hostages, he plants explosives and he gets the job done.
It's how he killed Aria's daughter.
He turned off the superpowers and gutted her.
He also breaks canon by just strolling on down to Khar'shan and makes himself look like a tool by eating people's cereal after breaking into their apartment, but not before urinating in a flower vase.
You know, like a stone cold killer.
Also, he killed Liselle after she was knocked out by tranquilizer. She was unconscious. You know, like a stone cold killer.
I actually did enjoy reading Julius Caesar (because I'm fascinated by Roman history, though of course the play isn't the most accurate representation of Caesar's assassination) and Macbeth (Shakespeare's best if you ask me). The Scarlet Letter started out well enough, but it turned out to be 180 pages of incredibly dull tween p**n from 1850. I kind of ruined Moby Dick for myself before reading it. Prior to reading that, I had heard a ton about it and from everything I had heard it sounded great, but less than half of the book even bothers with the plot. Most of it is unrelated rambling, as though Melville were beating off to his vocabulary. My expectations were set a wee bit too high. Rime of the Ancient Mariner was fascinating, but I cannot stomach sitting through the archaic and outdated language and prose again.
I actually did really enjoy English in high school (but then I enjoyed high school overall for the most part), I just wasn't fond of the literature we had to read until my senior year.
Still better than 'The Old Man and The Sea'.
That book was painful..
But not as bad as watching those stupid documentary videos, by michael moore. Urrgh..nobody liked those..especially the columbine shootings one.

Pfft, there was a Quinari version already on here.
You are being redundant,
Now, what should be done about that? ![]()
