I had to come in here and share some love with the Penta-ghasts.  I was totally "meh" about her character prior to release, and she annoyed me heartily in the very beginning of the game because I found her prickly and uncompromising.  But she totally became one of my absolute favorite characters.  She has so much depth and such an interesting view on the world.  I couldn't wait to make her the Divine because I thought she was exactly what Thedas needed.

Why don't you link your fic now? Hunter asked about new Cass fic earlier (if I don't confuse her with someone else now) and maybe you can surprise her. You do seem to write well from what I've gathered in this thread, though I never saw work of yours.

I can PM you one that I'm working on right now (or post a snippet of it). All of the fics I've written before were hosted on FF.net, which deletes documents and stories if they're really old and not updated (and I more or less abandoned those). 

 

In either case, they aren't DA or Cassandra fics, they're Miranda/Shepard Mass Effect fics and a single Alan Wake fic (which I really should go back and finish, because I really like what I had planned for that one).

2012-2013. If they're there, I'll go dig them up. I had been meaning to rewrite them anyway. I do know that FF.net deletes old documents after a period of time if they go untouched, I just assume they do the same for stories, since FF.net kind of sucks and isn't exactly user intuitive.

Yea I know how you feel. I wasn't really feeling Cassandra during Dragon Age 2, so I'd assumed I wouldn't like her in Inquisition. I was so wrong, and is very grateful for another strong female warrior and a very well written character.

Yes, please. Miranda/Shep is fine, Alan Wake I'd like to read if horror and not smut.
