What planet do these Internet People live on where short hair always equals manly? Scratching my head.
I think it's the jaw that is the problem.
Edit: I don't think it's a problem but that's what others mostly complain about.

I honestly think DAI Cassandra is the prettiest character BioWare has ever made. Like, her eyes and that scar are simply stunning. It's really unnerving to see so many people whinging about how manly she is. Just... what? I don't? Get it?? She's beautiful. Hear hear. I mean, DA2 Cass had a generic face tbh. Like a darker version of sister Petrice.

Her face in DA2 kind bugged me. However, her eyes were absolutely perfect.
The real problem is people using the word "toons" in a serious fashion. So much hate.
Truth hurts.
The idea that people are somehow more noble or moral by being an emotional/verbal punching bag is a really good way to keep people (usually minorities) from speaking up against oppression. I just really hate that turn of phrase because I find that it benefits no one except bullies and people who are already in charge.
Also your seemingly intentional attempt at being combative and playing constant "devils advocate" for no particular reason kind of infuriates me. So since there is no option in these forums to block people, I'm just going to have to try my hardest to ignore your responses from now on.
Back on topic though, I agree that DAI Cass looks much better than she did in DA2, I'm not sure what people are missing so much about it.

Okay. Her jaw is chiseled out of diamonds and hope. If someone has a problem with excellent jawlines then I shall point them to flabby jowls and wish them the best.

What exactly about her jaw? It's... a jaw. With mandibles. And a chin.

Jaws sharp and broad enough to cut glass are always superior.

Did I ever say anything of the sort? You can argue with them civilly. I said returning a blow with a blow makes the person who returned the blow the same as the first person. As a lifelong subject of bullying, I hate how people think the way to beat bullies is to be one yourself. It solves nothing except making both sides hate each other more.
I'm not playing Devil's Advocate because they don't need one. Why is their opinion on the appearance of a video game character less valid than yours to the point that them saying it makes them stupid and 'poopy'?
Ontopic, I like Cass' DAI appearance.
Sorry , please dont kill me , but i think she is ugly too , thats my opinion , dont need to call me names because i dont agree with some of you ....

The perfect plastic skin without any defect? I think people didn't really pay attention though, Cassandra's face in DA2 has quite the jawline too, it's just that the camera angle didn't show it that much.
There is also the eyes, but they are better in DAI, much more expressive to me.

[amused]Are you implying the current model's skin has some kind of defect?[/amused]

I thought you could block people on these forums? I swear I"ve seen people mention it, although I don't know how to do it myself.

Ah, that's good to know.
I love how Lena Headey turned one of the worst GoT characters into one of the best.
You know it never occurred to me (And it's too late now) But I'd love to have Lena Headey as a VO in DAI.
God forbid, some people don't shower companions with praise. I for one don't find her all that pretty, neither I think she is ugly. Depends on the angle I'm looking. I almost certain I will not romance her, but not because of appearances, but mostly because of philosophical differences.

I'm meant that DA2 skin was a totally unified color without anything marking it.

She has done game VO work before, just not for BioWare.

Someone mentioned in the tiwtter thread that Gwendoline Christie was doing some VO work for this game, I just really want to know who.
Allan may have deleted your posts from yesterday, but some of us have memories longer than that of a goldfish.
Please share via PM what I did that was so bad that the other side didn't.
