Watching the demons tossing her body away after her "ultimate sacrifice" is heart-breaking as well, especially if your Inquisitor has been flirting with her a few times already.

True. That also messed me up and i like to think that it was the same for my inquisitor even if at the time he hadn't use any flirt option. Honestly, these tragic moments are the reason why I prefer to do the mages than the templars. That quest fuels my imagination and my feeling xD

Eeh, to be honest, I wouldn't call her "better" this way, but I also find red lyrium Cass intriguing. She radiates some impressive power and control of the situation, no self-pity or desperation, which actually does make her sexy.

And I've never had feelings about this potential future, knowing it will not happen anyway. So the "she's dying" argument is about as tangible for me as... I dunno... fortunetelling or the like. All that red lyrium Cass does for me is underline how strong and impressive she is as a person.

Cassandra remains my first choice Warrior. I've tried rotating others in in subsequent playthroughs, but I always find myself going back to including her. I even respecced her as a Two Handed Warrior to fit my Party in on playthrough.
