Probably. Just look at Kieran. Of course, it's possible that they were just malevolent, deceitful, or overly-ambitious as per Corypheus' dialogue, rather than overtly destructive.

What do you mean by "regular Tevinter"? As in, the people in it? What others might consider "generally Tevinter"? Even among the nationalists (better term than supremacist), there are disparities. Since it's a fiercely competitive culture, I'd imagine many of them don't care for the idea of being lorded over by anyone, even someone as powerful as Corypheus. You've got many people who worship the Maker, even among the upper classes of Tevinter. Then there are the people who are just savvy enough to find serving an ancient Darkspawn a bad idea, as well as letting the Fade swallow the waking world.
