They actually don't teach you that in sex ed, lol. They just teach you about sex safety and all the diseases you can get from sex in an attempt to scare you into abstinence, then tell you things like "When you have sex, you're having sex with everyone they had sex with!" and "Having sex with other people before you're married is like giving someone a flower with plucked petals or a licked pop-sickle."

I guess it just depends on the person. Some are capable of moving past things and some aren't. I can understand how some are triggered by things.

Though I don't doubt that a lot of them were probably just being dramatic idiots, there still may have been a few that could have been genuinely effected by it in a negative way, but I imagine they most likely kept it to themselves.

I wouldn't say it is absurd. There are people that are deeply traumatized by years of sexual abuse. They most likely wouldn't want to see anything that consisted as sexual. But as I said, these people are more likely than not to keep it to themselves rather than go on a verbal rampage. It isn't exactly something you discuss easily, whether behind a computer screen or face to face.

 See, I understand Rape is traumatising and that. What I don't understand, is how anyone could compare some perceived notion of pushing hetrosexual attempts,  as amounting remotely close to rape. The counter argument can be made that on Tumblr, they are pushing their non-hetronormative sexuality onto hetrosexuals.

Yeah, I probably worded that wrong. What I meant was it's absurd levels on tumblr, from people who are just being drama-queens.

 

How can you not see porn gifs on tumblr? Like some of the fan-art is porn, and it can be really wile too. I have seen tentacles and Cassandra..*pukes* Or on the dragonabll Tag, weird monkey tail yaoi...

I agree porn is degrading, hell, modern day porn is the worst of the worst. If you look up  classic nude-art  it featured far more accurate humans. Some arm pit hair, bushes, boobs tha tlooke dlike boobs, ect.

Triggered if you're a rape victim, no, but triggered because it somehow makes you feel offended as a female to see a female in a submissive sexual role, because you think it's not empowering to have a vagina work the way it was intended to, that's the absurd part.

 

As for porn on tumblr, you don't find it, it finds you At least, that was my experience. Follow someone for Skyrim pics, then next thing you know the url changes and they're posting nonstop hardcore porn gifs...
