The problem with saying someone is a closet freak or kinky (or looks kinky) is that this will mean wildly different thing to different people. For some people, anal sex makes you a freak. For some people, having never been tied up/tied another up or spanked suggests you're inexperienced or have some sort of hang up.

For me, Cassandra "looks" normal as well as aggressive and self-confident. She's also a highly placed individual in a decadent culture we know indulges in a wide-range of sexual acts. I assume she has knowledge of the various ways to have sex that aren't simply sticking tab 1 into slot A, B, or C.

If she were interested or curious, I don't think she'd have problems finding a willing partner or suggesting something unusual. Whether she's interested or curious is strictly a matter of taste though, which is rather hard to gauge given the information we have.

We can always count on Maria.

So long as Cass doesn't want to be choked, that ****'s messed up.

Cassandra is like a coconut. Hard and rigid on the outside but sweet and cushy on the inside.

It's fun to say: Cassandra the Coconut :D

So what is everyone's guess on what Cassandra's companion quest going to be like?

My guess is that it is going to involve the seekers. Maybe infighting?

That's a good guess. I would love to see that.

Kinky is awesome. People who aren't kinky are missing out.

(Berserk mode: ON) Being straight is awesome. Being gay is awesome. Being bisexual is awesome. Being vanilla is awesome. Being asexual is awesome. Or put any other word in there, it all comes down to the same thing: don't be a judgemental a**hole. Different is not better or worse. Don't tell people how to live their life because they are supposedly 'missing out'. (berserk mode: OFF)

I dunno. It's a berserk button for me. Sorry if I overreacted.

Anyway, on topic. Cassandra. Her haircut would certainly fit the 'coconut nickname'

We already know what the Seekers think of her and I'm not sure she care that much about it or care what happen to them now that she has her Inquisition running amok in bringing a semblance of order to Thedas. Also, I suspect the Seeker related stuff will be more "main story" related anyway.

I'm actually not even sure that we have companion quest this time around. We might just have more dialogs with companions under certain condition. Like what they showed in the E3 demo, companions get bonus dialogs/actions if you encounter stuff related to them.

Maybe the Seekers went rogue as well and try to use the chaos to gain more power.

^ I am disturbed and intrigued at the same time. Like Tamlen once said, "I can't look away!"

Ah yes, before he got himself into "Dead Childhood Best Friend"

I wouldn't count companion quests out entirely, but perhaps you are right on the seekers playing a more active role than to just stick them in one quest. If Lambert is still Lord Seeker (been a while since I read Asunder) he could be directing his attention to Cole and the others. No doubt that if he shows up (in a way that is relevant to the story) and notices Cole, he could see the inquisition as an enemy and Cassandra could use the connections that she had with the Seekers take Lambert out of power. Though this is all just my guess at what could happen. Just seeing how in the book Lambert does not like demons or mages being free so I could definitely see him in places where these fade tears in the sky are happening.

I think David Gaider said something about there being less companion quests and more dialogue with followers than in DA2, but that was almost two years ago.

I thought the Seekers were the Inquisition?

@Gwydden I would actually prefer that :) . It would be nicer than just having your companions coming out of the blue and ask you to do a personal favor for them and it would actually make the game feel more natural. I'm just basing the fact that we will have at least one companion quest from each companion on the previous two games.

Not all of them,Lambert separated the Seekers and Templars from the Chantry.
Leliana,Cassandra, and few others stayed, and they will be part of the Inquisition.

I'm surprised by this. Well, more by Jennifer writing Cassandra then Gaider taking over. I always assumed Gaider took over her orphaned follower. I wonder how much of Jennifer's Cassandra is left.

I'd guess he'd kind of start over but I don't know.

Now I'm really curious how she is gonna turn out in DA:I. Though, I doubt I'll be dissapointed.

hmm that's interesting. Does anyone know who were other major characters that Jennifer and Gaider wrote in previous games? Just trying to get a better sense of their style and how this will reflect on Cassandra.

I'm not surprised , before she left Jennifer Hepler had a Cassandra picture as her twitter avatar.

And her resume said she was writing a romance. It was pretty obvious Cassandra was going to end up as a LI.

But I also wonder how the writers deal with writing other people characters (Cole/Cass) ...It must be a bit strange.
