The Old Gods, despite looking like dragons are not dragons, otherwise they would all be females (winged dragons are always female as per the lore).

The PC had sex with Morrigan in the Sex and Violence trailer, which was several months before the game shipped. The rest of them were spoiled because someone got their hands on a guide before the game came out.

For DA II, BioWare released pictures of a shirtless Hawke and Fenris/Merrill before the game came out. After the demo came out, someone managed to hack it and find love scenes for both fHawke and mHawke with all four allies.

This included sparkly rainbow signatures and dropping art into threads. Most everyone knew before the game was released, but it wasn't because of the devs.

I think it was the other thread, but someone pointed out that Gaider said he was writing two characters and then admitted he wrote two of the LIs at another time. Which leads to the obvious conclusions that Cassandra is a LI based on the fact the he said he wrote her.

 

I also know that Mary Kirby wrote Vivienne (who is notorious for writing the unromancable... Varric and Sten) and someone else entirely wrote Sera.

Well, she had a crush on MHawke so we can already cross boys off the list. She didn't have a crush on FemHawke, so it is right now unknown wether she is also into girls or not.
