My Hawk certainly was a virgin in act 1, since Isabela asked him to join her in her room, but he was actually never able to do such thing. He had sex three years laters lol.

A ) let someone else dress her

B )have godawful taste in clothing

C ) bother to look flamboyant

 

From everything I've seen, the answer is no to all of these. Cassandra likes to look proper without being flamboyant, she doesn't need someone help to achieved that.

Baby steps, baby steps. Cassandra is the very first romanceable female warrior BioWare has done in 15 years.

And before people argues, ME and Jade Empire and Star Wars do not have warriors: Silkfox is a ninja, Dawnstar is a chi healer, Ashley is a ranger, Elena Dorne is a white mage, all the force users are Consular/Inquisitor except for one who is a dual wielding "rogue", the rest are all "rogues" (even Kaliyo, she use a pistol, mkai.)

This might be a bit more satirical than expected.

I can see every one except Ashley. She's a soldier, through and through. I don't think it's being honest to say she isn't a warrior.

Ashley can't be a ranger because she doesn't DW, lacks spells at higher levels, has no animal companion, and no favored enemy.

I don't find it that odd that she would be a virgin.  Just look at it as she is a kind of monk or whatnot.  She is a Seeker and wholly devoted to the Maker.  She was to busy being a Seeker to do anything else.  I don't have an opinion one way the other as to weather she is a virgin or not but it would fit in with her character in my opinion.
