Cassandra is one I least expect to be race-gated but it could happen

Humans are probably available to everyone (hooray) except for Varric if he is a romance option and race-gated.

Also, people brought up Cullen being related with the human PC (which is not) has hypothesis for him being race-gated against human, but that would work for all the humans LIs, except Dorian (we sort of know his pedigree: Tevinter mages all the way back).

I've been wonder, why kind of animal-person would Cassandra be?

 

cats? dogs? nugs? dragons? hates pets?

 

Oh god, her face! She has that perfect mix of 'why me' and 'oh bother' in her expression. :D

 

I think that's her standard expression for everything...

They're also beautiful dogs (especially if you don't crop their ears), who are just about the sweetest animals to their owners.

Oh I know. Love them. I just remember they were the first thing i didn't want to run across. One of them used to get loose where I grew up.

That's exactly why I don't think she's cat like. They're in their own world. Most can't even follow basic orders :D She's a joiner and a leader. She'd run in a pack or lead one.

 

If there are any cats, it's Sera. A perky cat at least. Cole is an abused alley cat.

Cassandra strikes me more as a wolf than any domesticated animal. She leads, she cares for her group, but there is also a ferocity to her that I would not associate with a dog. So yeah, she's a b*tch. :P I would not have it any other way.
