As for Cassandra's religiosity, I have my own viewpoints on it. I am of the opinion that Cassandra, while a believer in the idea of the Maker, the Andraste and the Chantry, is in no way a zealot or a fundamentalist. She is Andrastian because of circumstances in her life. Her brother was killed by a blood mage and ever since then, she has devoted her life to the Chantry and eventually, to the upper echelons of the Chantry like the Divine.
In many ways, her religiosity reminds me of both Leliana's and Sebastian's religiosity. Leliana was a carefree bard until she was betrayed by Marjolaine upon which she became religious. Sebastian was a happy-go-lucky prince of Starkhaven at a point and eventually became a brother of the Chantry.
Religiosity via circumstance is neither new nor abnormal. Even as an atheist, I can somewhat understand why someone would turn to religion, especially in order to deal with significant life events. However, that also means that the said person's viewpoint on a religion can change if necessary circumstances make it so.
So I don't think it would be far fetched to see Cassandra having a to evolve herself from a belief perspective in DA:I, especially from what we have seen so far with the Breach and the whole end of the world thing.
Anyway, enough of that. Back to Cassandra appreciation.
Btw, Bluedrake89 :- Nice banter ! Need moar ! Could you do one for a mage Inquisitor ?
