Varric:  Yes, I call it the chainmail bikini, men are going to love you in it.  Don't worry though, I'm equal opportunity for giving both men and women eye candy.  The Inquisitor will be wearing a loin cloth and be covered in a sheen of sweat for the ladies.

Varric: But you look like you are glad to know that.

 

Cassandra:  I was referring to you saying that the Inquisitor liked me!

 

Varric:  Did I?  Well, it would probably be better if you interrogate the Inquisitor thoroughly about it.  He seems like he would enjoy that sort of thing.

There's a cleave hole providing nice easy access to her heart.  There's nothing protective about that armor.

It's either protect the heart or show the tats. I think she made the right (and more fun) choice.

Yeah, get rid of the cleavage window, the heals, and add a skirt, and it starts to look like proper armor.  Hell, Cassandra would totally rock the hoplite look.

That's pretty much what she was wearing in Dawn of the Seeker, although her arm were covered all the way (not her legs).

For some reason I like the idea of these two getting together - in a Fenris/Isabela-kind of way, i.e. they come together if you don't romance either of them. Well, Cassandra at least, because as of yet we have no idea whether or not Blackwall is going to be a love interest.
