I don't see the humor in it.

There's always been one for as long as I've played Bioware games.
KOTOR: Bastila
ME1: Liara
ME2: Tali
ME3: Liara(if not romanced in ME1)
DAO: Alistair
DA2: Merrill
Which is good.

I don't think Cassandra would be the one, if there even is one this game

Why not?
We know she is a romantic, so I see it quite possible for her to be waiting for "the one" before getting involved in that kind of relationship.

Doesn't "the one" also imply that they should marry first?
Doesn't "the one" also imply that they should marry first?
Not necessarily, it could just mean her one true love who she is willing to share herself completely with like they will share themselves completely to her.
That said, I still wish marriage was an option in these games. Why Bioware doesn't have it as at least an option in the LI's path I'll never get.
Frankly I find it hard to believe that Cassandra's job is as time consuming as several fans seem to think it is. She's a secret police/special forces type person who gets dispatched on a case by case basis.
While I'm sure this keeps her busy enough, and I'm sure that when she's on the job she's very dedicated to it, I have a hard time believing that even Thedas has enough problems to keep her so busy as to deny her any kind of personal life, especially given that we know the deployment of the Seekers is suppose to be a rare event reserved for extreme cases.
Cassandra has a ton to do as overseeing so much crazy and what we've seen with DA2 that line of work is by no means easy and that's only one city, Cassandra has to watch over far more.
Cassandra is also a very dedicated woman so I wouldn't be surprised if her personal life is performing her duties to the fullest. She seems like a huge workaholic.
40yr old virgin?
Eh, nothing to be ashamed of for those that are. Cassandra may very well be the type that would wait for marriage. Than again.... She WAS young at one point and has said to be very attractive so I'm sure she had those that pursued her hand. I also doubt that she hasn't had some experiences so her being a virgin would be a surprise.

Sebastian and Hawke are "Married", at least one of the DLCs has Sebastian and Hawke acknowledge it when Bethany or Carver talk to Sebastian. Though it's a chaste marriage, which is crazy, and Hawke doesn't seem to like the thought of not sleeping with Sebastian.

Maybe she tortures men with the illusion of Sex.
..
Sex is not a requirement like oxygen lol.
On Mars maybe but this is the planet Earth, us Humans got urges.
I could see Cassandra being a virgin but I could also see her not be one. Who would be the other Sasha?

Yeah, that went too far in the other direction. And he never even acknowledges it in the vanilla game which is insulting. I think that there should be at least one marriageable Li in each game. Billions of people marry(including tens of millions who wait until marriage before having sexual relations), so why not represent that since Bioware likes representation.
Cassandra does like the type who would train a lot or train other Seekers
I wouldn't be surprised if she does both of those things. Dawn of the Seeker at least supports that she spent a good bit of time training in her youth. That she can still go is a pretty good indicator that she's kept up her practice.
But that doesn't prohibit the possibility of finding some personal time. If anything, that creates plenty of opportunities for it.

The other one I think it might be is Josephine, both from just a feeling(which hey, I've been right about my feelings on her so far
) and the fact that when talking about her romance they called her "adorable". The "adorable" word has also been used for Liara, Tali, and Merrill, all three being the virgin options of their games.

Do we know there will be a virgin LI? Has that been confirmed?

No, there has been no confirmation. Just going off the pattern of there being one in each game.

Speaking of, I would love if there was a scene in Skyhold where we spar with Cassandra.

Fair enough. Lord knows I've made my fair share of predictions based on pattern recognition.
Though were I to hazard a guess at who the virgin LI would be(assuming there is one), I'd guess Cullen, given that he's demonstratively uncomfortable with sex when it's brought up. Though that would be dangerously close to Alistair.
I agree, but that's probably where most of her time goes if she's not busy
The woman needs a hobby.
Is it really a pattern or is it just convenient?
A pattern of convenience. ![]()
But I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't a purposeful trope put in. People liked them in past games, so why stop?

I agree. And I think that Cassandra and Cullen are the most likely of all possible LIs(with the possible exception of Solas, if he is a LI) to go that route. Heck, maybe both will. Who knows?
Contrary to how sex is portrayed on TV and in movies, these days, one's desires can be controlled, if one has made the commitment to do so. I know several people(both male and female) who waited to lose their virginities well into their thirties. And they were perfectly happy with this, because they ended up giving themselves to the right person. And that is key for Cassandra, I think. If she's a closet romantic, I think she'll wait for the right person. If that means she wait until she's in her forties, then I don't think she'll bat an eyelash. To some people, sex isn't a very big requirement, and wont get into a physical relationship just for the sake of sex.
I also think Cassandra is *channels his inner feminist* "A strong, independent woman, who don't need no man." *ends channeling* So this would be a very good indication of that aspect of her character. She never needed to be with a man, because she was a self-sufficient human being, capable of occupying herself just fine, thank you very much.
Doesn't mean that she'll say no to the right one, though, if he comes along. It's certainly possible that she's run into the right one before, but something happened. And if that's the case, I think we'll be hearing about if from her at some point. That, or the writers will simply leave if ambiguous. Doubt it, though, If Cassandra truly is the Thedosian 40-yr-old Virgin, I think she'd be upfront about it. Oooh, give me a minute to work out the dialogue for that.

Gotta disagree here. I think Cullen is the other one most likely to have never popped his cherry. That's right, I think both of the straight, religious LIs are the most likely to be virgins in DA:I. Call me crazy.
Speaking of, I would love if there was a scene in Skyhold where we spar with Cassandra.
I wouldn't mind sparing sessions with all three of the warrior companions, or sparing sessions between them while we're at the keep.
