Tame her? Really?
That's kind of a gross way to treat someone.
She's not an animal.
Really? You're both taking offense at that? Oy vey.
It's interesting that Cassandra is both the brash, angry one who acts without thinking and the thoughtful, contemplative one who has philosophical conversations with Solas and Cole.
Maybe she contemplates the existence of the Maker and his relation to the Dalish gods and the Fade as she's stabbing them in the crotch.
Hopefully they'll have books.

Impulsiveness does not belie stupidity.

Sounds like she has separate "at work" and "at home/HQ" personalities. Cool.

DG did say how she views herself and how others perceive her are very different.
Finding out how she perceives herself is one of the things I look forward to in DAI.
Yeah, even after a feature-length anime movie, I still have no effing clue what her character is all about and who she really is-underneath. Should be interesting getting to know the real Cassandra. I am very intrigued to becoming acquainted with Cassandra the woman.
My Grey Horned Hunk will be able to tame her. No doubt
Why on earth would you want to?
Why on earth would you want to?
I don't know. I like her character?
I don't know. I like her character?
Taming her may mean changing the things you like about her.
What the Jedi said.
Cassandra is far and away the most appealing LI to me, and "taming" would take away the most appealing aspects of her character.

I think you guys may be overreacting a bit...
I think you guys may be overreacting a bit...
Ain't that the truth. SHEESH
From the PC UK article:
Cassandra
“Brash, impulsive, anger management issues... but she’s incredibly dedicated and does whatever it takes to set the world right.”
That's it, if she doesn't put her sword at the throat of the Inquisitor at least six times through the game (ten if romanced), I ask for a total refund.
Also, art:

You like Cassandra, so you want to domesticate her like one would a wild animal?
And you don't wanna sit down and consider how awful that sounds?
Also lol at "overreacting," like he said a gross thing and didn't think that people would call him out on it?
I think you guys may be overreacting a bit...
I just think it was very poorly worded.

I think you're using the word "tame" here a bit too literally. I was using it more in a trashy romance novel sort of way.

Of all the things to get offended over, THAT was the post that sent you over the edge? ![]()

Because trashy romance novels are never questioningly problematic, ok
Because trashy romance novels are never questioningly problematic, ok
So, basically, you're questioning the taste of every woman who has ever read a trashy romance novel?
It's interesting that Cassandra is both the brash, angry one who acts without thinking and the thoughtful, contemplative one who has philosophical conversations with Solas and Cole.
Maybe she is like The Hulk.
Or should I say; She-Hulk.

That's what I assumed. Here's a similar use from the Simpsons:
Lisa: Bart, it's naive to think you can change a person ... except maybe that boy who works in the library... [flashback to library] Ralph: Do you have, "Go, Dog, Go"? Boy: [scoffs] That's in Juvenile. This is Young Adult. Lisa: [back to present] Well-read, and just a little wild. [dreamy] Ooh, if only someone could tame him...
