I was just going by known people with the last name of the royal family, if you want to count all the court officials and advisers and alike, then obviously then it would be a larger pool, My point was mainly focused on The Pentaghast family, of which we don't know of many.
I have already seen puppy-eyed Cassandra in DotS. I have also seen her destroy furniture out of the anger. Either way, breaking up with her is not gonna happen.
The current Nevarran monarch is Markus Pentaghast, an elderly man with weak health. He has a younger brother named Ferdinand, who is not interested in the throne. Both are childless. There are other Pentaghasts waiting for Markus to die, as well as the Van Markham family who ruled at some point.
