Pfft, Qunari can speak King's tongue like every one else.
Queen's tongue. All hail Queen Anora!

Once you go gray you can't stay away. Cassandra will be no exception.

...But the language is actually called King's Tongue though...

Last DAO playthrough I let her rule alone. I'm not sure which version to import into the Keep as drunk Alistair was lulz plus I don't like Alistair much. Hmm maybe I should just go the Bioware canon route King Alistair for the first run.

If we're talking DA... then it's actually common tongue and it's a Dwarven derivative.

From the Wiki.

I'm going with a Hardened Alistair and Anora ruling together. I'm expecting to see some good banter between the two of them and am curious to see how their relationship has developed since DA:O.
Dwarven Rogue/Warrior
The dwarves of Thedas are known for their once-vast underground empire and guilds of merchants and warriors held in high esteem by the other races of Thedas. Not you. A cast-off "surfacer," unwelcome among the dwarves or most humans, you have scraped by as part of a criminal fraternity known as the Carta, smuggling magical ore known as lyrium. As part of the ruthless Cadash crime family, you spent your life on the streets of various Free Marcher city-states—until you were sent to the Chantry conclave as a spy and everything changed.
Well, romancing Cassandra just became a whole lot more interesting.

Just Jim Carrey being Jim Carrey, he doesn't have to work on it too much.

I wonder if they'll update Cassandra's page on the website at some point. It's been awhile since we've seen new screen shots of her.
Looks like the human background is Human Nobles from Ostwick. Apparently our family is are devout Andrastians and we are the youngest.
Heh. That whole religious thing will be fun when my Trevelyan says that he does not give much of a damn about the Maker. ![]()
Thing is, I wonder how Cassandra will react to a young human noble attempting to romance her. Especially given that she is in her 30s now if I am not mistaken.

Youngest doesn't necessarily mean young. The Inquisitor can be anywhere from 20-40. I'm sure she'll find a reason to be unimpressed with the Player Characters' background.
well, inquisitor is a minor noble, shes royalty (distant)... royalty > noble
You know, after taking a look at the backstories, I can understand Cassandra threatening the Inquisitor with her sword. I mean, the security in that Chantry conclave sucks! Half of the possible Inquisitors are spies and one of the Qunari mercenaries is a mage with no one caring! Yes, Inquisitor, "you are the only threat I see".

That was my reaction has well.
Her reaction to Dalish/Carta spy should be interesting. I'm so playing a Dalish mage now...

I would think she'd have to squat in order to threaten a Dwarf PC.
Doesn't explain for the human warrior/rogue though. They had family there who died as well.
Youngest progeny of a noble house choosing a path that was not intended for them. Sounds like someone we know?
Racegating confirmed. (not really)
Also what kind of Keeper would send his First (and thus the future leader of the clan) to spy on Templars of all people?
I hope s/he was taught something about human culture beforehand. I'd like to see Merril trying to infiltrate anywhere.
I admit. I'd be tempted to play a Dalish Mage is I could make them as loopy as Merril.

I actually do think that Cass will be race-gated now.
She and the Human Inquisitor share so many similarities.
