Who knows if Bioware decide to pull a Hawke with the human Inquisitors ? I mean if you designed your Hawke a certain way, Leandra, Bethany and Carver all take a somewhat similar complexion and hair.

So perhaps now if we made Trevelyan look like he is in his 30s or 40s, maybe it would reflect in his family and show his siblings looking older than he is ?

That'd be far complex then what they did in DA2 though.

I think they were intended as the Thedas equivalent of The Inquisition. Then things changed. Now they're like Internal Affairs. Or Super Templars.

The Seekers were the leader of the original Inquisition. It's also possible that there is more to them also, we have really few lore on the subject. In fact, most of the stuff we know about them is from outside game sources (DotS and WoT).

If we see relatives in the game, the probably won't be close like brothers or sisters, so there is a way around it unlike DA2

I'm hoping we get to learn more about them, and see them

C'mon, having a solid 10 year gap between Cass and a younger inquisitor would be hot B).

Bonus spicy points if the inquisitor is:

1)a sleazy mage

2)not entirely devoted to the cause

3)only interested in pushing her buttons, and getting in her pants

Lambert's faction had a few of them.

I wouldn't be surprised if they made an appearance as an enemy if you choose to help the wrong side in the conflict.

How about this ? Because this is most likely how I will RP my Inquisitor.

1) Dalish elf.

2) Sarcastic mage.

3) Inquisits in his own style.

4) Does not believe in the Maker, doesn't really care about the Creators.

5) Does not like the Chantry.

6) Interested in getting in her pants or in Josephine's smallclothes.

Its really a hard choice...Cassandra or Josephine...

I'd go with Josie, i can see her being alright with a good majority of that, Cass not so much.

Let's be real, Lambert will be the last boss you have to fight to finish off the Mage/Templar conflict missions when you side with the Mages. Just like Fiona will be the last boss of the Templar path. You will have the option to take them prisoner and force them to work for you or just execute them on the spot and force the remaining mages or templars to work for you.

Well, considering what happens at the start of the game
Spoiler

And Lambert is MIA. While it's possible he's alive, I doubt the resolution of the war in the hinterlands will be related to him.

It's only going to get more and more likely of him being alive given Cole isn't possessing him, and no corpse was found.

Possibly. I doubt he'll be present in the Hinterlands, expecially based on how the templars seem to act in the area.

Probably not, i don't know where he would be, given he has gone missing he could be many places.

With the Templar Movement, i don't think he would be, considering if he was with them, he wouldn't be missing.

He's a Seeker, he's really good at the cloak and dagger stuff.

And I have my doubts that Fiona is going to make an appearance at the conference. But if she's dead, I can just as easily see Rhys as the final enemy for those who stop the Mage Templar Conflict for the Templars.

So basically you think he is still directing the Templar War Effort from some hidden bunker somewhere, while the rumor of his disappearance was spread by him to avoid further assassination attempts?

That actually does make a degree of sense.

Hopefully if we do meet relatives it'll be cousins/aunts/uncles etc, which won't necessarily impinge on age issues.

As i agree 20 year old inquisitor just doesn't work imo with Cassandra. I'll be aiming for mine to be thirtyish and going with the mid thirties age interpretation for Cass.

Yeah, I'm going for an Inquisitor that is mid to late 30s.  Also, I agree that if we do meet family members, it'll probably be more distant relatives than close ones like siblings or parents.  It would make it easier to handle than having to do what Bioware did in DA2 with immediate family members.

Since the party is said to tease the Inquisitor's LI having Cassandra dating a younger Quizzy could be interesting:

Vivienne: My Seeker, you certainly have been in high spirits as of late. Of course, if I had a strapping young thing in my bed at night I'd be the same way.

Cassandra: What?

Vivienne: No need to get all defensive darling, you're not robbing the proverbial cradle.

I truly want this in the game. I know it won't be, since Bioware will never directly reference our Inquisitor's age. But damn, I can just see that.

Do you think Cassandra is in to Qunaris? This is the one question that's pivotal from either choosing a human or a qunari.

I'd bet they say something at least about it considering Cassandra's age and experience.

they pissed enough people off with that, i dont think they would risk having their office burned down at this point
