Cullen should be the Templar, or rather the former templar who might teach us the specialization. 

The companions will have the same specializations as we do, like in Origins. Iron Bull has Reaver we already know due to the E3 demo, so Cassandra has either Champion or Templar as her specialization. Almost everyone thinks Templar.

Each of the companions has a spec that is identical to the ones the Inquisitor can learn... so Seeker would be mechanically the same even if it went by a different name...

Aimo has tempted me to make a dwarf for that, but I'll probably just go with it on my first playthrough anyway, with a Qunari.

If Cassandra was a dragon hunter, is it possible that she drank their blood at some point and became a Reaver?  She does have some anger issues... or is that too outlandish?
