A litte morning delight?
Cassandra was never a Templar.
Anyway, I made the mistake of reading through this thread for what I miss. Good times. Gooood times.
If she's been a seeker for the last 20 years she's gone through templar training, Seekers are templars still stands.

Well, someone is basking in the glow. ![]()
True.
I guess we'll see how it turns out when the game is released. It personally doesn't matter to me.
I will romance her no matter what her spec is.
Same for me, not that big if a deal
And I still wouldn't reduce her to "substance abuser"
Cassandra probably has awesome dragon blood running through her veins that cancels all the effects out ![]()
NopeGet out!

Well, if she does have the Templar spec it's not like she had a choice. I don't think refusing to take lyrium is an option when the Chantry demands it.

Nope
.
The choice is truly difficult, honestly. The only time I was so conflicted it was about Morrigan and Leliana.
I admit, I had a tough time choosing a few weeks ago as well.
Josephine is basically Pocahontas of DA
And Cassandra is Wonder Woman.
But I have wanted to romance her since DA 2. So I shall stick with that plan!

Err, how do you figure?

she wouldn't have any reason to suspect that lyrium isn't needed to learn templar skills either, in fact did one of the developers go out of their way to recon that you do in fact need lyrium to use templar powers.
So, like Alistair? Maybe we should try to marry them and make them have a powering child

I wasn't thinking that. The addictive properties of Lyrium must be pretty well known as well as its effects on someone's mental state. Unless the Chantry tries to hush that part up...

in origins the templars don't hide that they retire older templars who have almost completely succumb to Lyrium idle-brain symptoms.
Not sure how old this is, but someone shopped the first image we got of Cass last year. Looks 10x better:
1.) I think the original one is supposed to be raising her left brow a bit, that's intentional.
2.) The chin on the photoshop one is to narrow, no normal person has a chin like that, it's fine for anime and cartoon like games but if the characters want to look a close to real as possible that idea has to stop.
3.) The only thing the shopped image does that i can accept is reducing the cheekbones.
4.) The ear cartilage reduction was unnecessary, no one should be paying that close attention to her ears or deciding her level of beauty because of them.. unless "they make you look clownish." -Nathaniel Howe.
5.) I had no issue with her eye brows, over plucked eyebrows are obviously overplucked.
6.) I don't think Cassandra needs cherry red lips in combat, and it looks silly in that lighting.
7.) Also shrinking of the eyes and consecutively narrowing of them makes it look like they are to high up on her face, like they are running away from her nose.

That's it! That's what was bothering me about this picture! She looks like an anime character.
And she looks way too young in the modified picture. She's supposed to be in her late 30s early 40s.

And what is Sera? ![]()
Second picture looks better than the first one.

Hmmm, that's a tough one.

I don't know if I would call this prettier. There is something off about her face.
Is it just me or does she look boyish in the second one?
