her complexion is more even, and her eyes are less evil. All good things

I think it's the lips. She had them full before.
Right, lips. And less eyeshadows. Also, no scar and her skin is paler
Hmm, that makes me sad
I like that her face angles doesn't remind me of Morrowind-age sware faces but... otherwise, I prefer older more serious Cass
Also, I doubt her body changed, she just uses a different outfit which has no, eh, "skirt"-thing which hid her hips

Maybe it's just a low resolution
Hmm, her face looks more even

One day we'll have a rough warrior woman without all this "delicate-and-feminine-is-a-must" bullshit, one day...
*sigh*
At least I can make my female dwarf bald and with a stubble, wielding a 2H Warhammer. Try to "delicate" that, world

Oh now that's unfair. She just has slightly softer, and frankly less stupid looking, features.
A female warrior doesn't need to have a jaw that can break mountains. She is no where near a "soft and delicate" look.

What's do stupid about having rought angles? Rought facial features?
Iron Bull's face looks incredibly flat from side view and no one calls it stupid
So why can't a female character for once be rough and tough without getting softened cuz people don't find her face sexy?
I don't find Bull's face super hot, but I still can't wait to romance him
Cuz personality, uniqueness and individuality is what matters

They looked silly. It has nothing to do with being a woman when the contours of her features are very obvious sharp and unpolished.
I agree that personality matters more and what I'm saying is Cassandra still looks the part of her personality. Looking -slightly- softer isn't going to ruin everything.
I am fine with rough features when they are actually polished features.

I recall seeing a screenshot of Bull's side-view face. Now that was silly. I wasn't complaining because if the character is meant to look this way, it's absolutely okay
Not to mentio women can have sharp features. We aren't walking ovals and circles. Polish sharp features but don't remove them - heck, her concept art highlighted that her face is supposed to look sharp
I feel that she's been "fixed" because many guys complained about her being "ugly" and not feminine "enough"
If that's the case... well, ugh, one more beautiful female character tarnished for fanservice sake

To be fair, the scar was fairly light. It might just not be very visible in that lighting.

Unique, interesting, odd, weird, strange, creepy, impossible, unusual characters > generic pretty ones any day
If I wanted to look at a pretty toy, I'd just go and watch anime

Did Aveline count as delicate and feminine?
While many people say she looked "like a man", I feel that she had a really soft, beautiful face and the cutest of smiles in the whole DA series. Yeah, when she smiled in her dialogues her face would become truly adorable. Even Merril wouldn't be cuter, in my eyes
Which is not bad at all, I don't hate women with soft faces otherwise I'd hate myself, hmm... but I really hate it when female character get "softened" because they're too "masculine"

Personally, I think BioWare found a great blend of femininity and toughness for Cassandra.
Say what you will about her face (and walking animation, as some have pointed out, which I don't understand), but she's neither overly sexualized nor overly masculine. I believe those were the two most common concerns among us Pentaghastals (at least from different "factions").
She looks beautiful and tough, in my opinion. I do miss the scar, though.

I guess I didn't expect something as sexist as changing a tough female character to be more feminine and "pretty" from Bioware
That's what modders do with all their "beautiful Aveline" and "white Isabella" bullshit

I maintain that it's no where near that bad but I doubt my voice matters much.
