Its probably because the blur of the low quality pic makes her look smooth, you cant see any skin complexation, wrinkles etc.

I think I'd have to see her in an actually decent resolution. As of now, the picture we have probably doesn't show all of the finer details of her complexion that'd make her look the part more.

See, with her personality, I almost took it as... 'feminine war paint.'  Leave it to Cass to consider war paint and dinner-look the same thing.

I'm assuming the same. I'm personally hoping the changes were very minor

I wasn't aware changes had even been confirmed(?).

That excuse for a screenshot is only good for acknowledging Cassandra's presence in the game, nothing more. It shows zero detail (scar, anyone?). The lighting also makes her look quite soft and washes out the hues/shades. My advice: when contemplating any hypothetical change that may or may not have occurred, don't use that YouTube capture as "evidence".

its my understanding that make isnt just looking good it had combat edge. The darker hues kept the sun out of your eyes but idk how eefective it was

 

Effective enough that people still do it today, for example Football players.

It definitely helps!  I've used it myself, but I doubt Cass has access to the sweat resistant kind. lol

It's hard to portray age right in videogames (because of the difficulty in rendering skin), especially for women in our culture (because of the premium we put on smooth skin for women as attractive).

Bad image rendering. In fact, based on the slew of demos we got so far, I would say that the weakest part of it all is the menu system.
