But, seeing how I usually romance Fenris every time, I at least didn't see it often.

I actually like it, though I tend to remain rather protective of the LI I romance with another character. In a "if you don't love her/him like he/she deserves to be and make her/him sad, I'll take you in my group as often as possible and will send you now and then against a large pack of ennemies. In nothing but your underwears. And armed only with a broken spoon." way.

Mostly grouchy and bitter. I'd be willing to say it'll lighten up as the game goes on. You can't be saving the world and hating eachother constantly.

I'd be totally okay with that honestly, when Cass isn't getting with my Inquisitor. I can vouch for Varric as the next best option, hahaha… but yeah, all the folks who wanted to romance Varric would be pretty pissed

I joked in the past saying that Cassandra won't be a LI and will be with Varric or Cullen (who wouldn't have been a LI either), but at this point I doubt it'll happen for Varric. Regardless of the outcome, the only person I think he'll be interested in is Bianca.
