The other is Josie? Why must Bioware make it so hard to choose who to romance first?
I totally understand your problem anyway

It's a nice problem to have.

A real way to make a tough decision ![]()

I just keep re-watching the following scene
Leliana: Even if we try to stop that view from spreading...
Cassandra: Which we have not
<Leliana stares at Cassandra>
...
They love each others so much....
I definitely agree
. For me it's actually DAO and Morrigan/Leliana all over again
.
Both are god-tier Waifus
, tho I didn't really find their vanilla (unmodded) appearances to be particularly attractive. Whereas Cass and Josie, simply based on physical appearance (and voice) alone, are I'll-be-in-my-bunk levels of hotness already
.

Okay, not to be THAT guy but did anyone else notice that horrible character pop in when the game started in that video? Cassandra and the Inquisitor are walking down the hallway and you literally see two characters behind them clip into existence. I think I saw Mike Laidlaw shift in his seat awkwardly from here after I saw him react to it.

I suspect she'll be one of those 'you can't get rid of her until we say you can' characters.
I'm not sure how important she'll be as BioWare does enjoy introducing you to characters only to kill them off (Bethany/Carver) or make you choose who dies (Ashley and Kaiden). Both Varric and Cassandra are known to the audience already and it seems we get them early, so I can totally see BioWare offing one.
I'm all ears.
If I have to end up choosing between my Inquisitors love interest and the best goddamn dwarf of all time, I will be so pissed. Id still choose Varric "Chest Hair" Tetras though. To many epic one liners to not choose him.
Dudebros aka those straight white men who represent the major demographic. Unfortunatelly also folk who shows the most common of sexist, racist, homophobic tendencies in the video game fandoms. They're like Social Justice Sallies among Social Justice Warriors or "1firstcomment!111" among youtubers etc. Not always but quite often
And the meaning isn't going anywhere. It's a pretty convinient term to use to specify which group of people one's talking about
you know this is racist also, right??

That was worth digging back up.
Btw, Brad, love the avatar change, man.

You caught a bug in an incomplete version of the game. Congrats.
Regarding the Herald of Andraste. What if Cassandra sees it as a recruiting tool and source of inspiration? She may not believe it herself, but sees it as a powerful term for the Inqusition. Whereas Leliana would prefer to be honest about the situation, but understands it might be a necessary evil. Hence different views, but could explain the reaction from both characters.
I know we don't have much to go on, but just my thoughts so far.

You need to chill, man. She doesn't even want to be your friend, tbh. I asked her.

They're obviously still moving things around in the game too.

Well, if anything, Leliana seems to perpetually use the title as a religious weapon whereas Cass isn't too happy about that choice.
cassandra seemed pretty keen on letting people call u the herald of andraste. thats unexpected. wonder what that means

...why do I even try, Brad?

She didn't seem comfortable with it though. Not at all.

You knew how I'd respond when you called me that. That name burns, and you know it.

I think she just seems keen on making Leliana angry, honestly. An admirable goal, if you ask me, I've been doing a similar thing with her and her fans for years.
It means she started those rumors...
I would not be surprised by that. Makes me wonder if theres a bit of tension between Cass and Leliana. I suspect while they respect each other, either methods can annoy each other. Oooh, sweet drama. Can you taste it? lol
