It does look like a follow up to another banter (which we don't have yet).

 

But if Sera is that hard to follow in her banter I can understand why Cassandra sighs all the time. Poor Cassandra.

That might be a good way to ruin game saves though. If they plan on incorporating world states and DA Keep in the future, you don't want all kinds of funky modded choices and romances. It won't work in the next game anyways.

Assuming modding will work anyway with Frostbite 3 and the Keep constantly collecting data.

You might be able to screw with things, play offline, and enjoy it for the time being. I just wouldn't get attached to it.. or complain when it isn't recognized later.
