Gaider is good to make his comment sound ominous when it's probably not the case...
Ah Kai Leng...I must admit even years later i still find his entry from the novels into the game as...lack luster, namely they turned a commando/soldier into a space ninja...
But Kai Leng will always be this man to me, not what Bioware presented.

>+> He will always be the competent, Sadist Assassin Retribution, And the Comics made him out to be, not the Spam Mailing Gray Fox rip off that Bioware tried to make him be.

You realize Bioware was behind the EU right?

I feel like an idiot and I'm missing something, but does this mean something?

Nah, it was to show that when Gaider smiles, one never really knows wether its an evil smile or not
He always knows how to make fans worry with his comments and he revels in that.

Err...
._.
Yes.
Hm...
Cassy...while I like her character (even though I could imagine more interesting characters that are not more or less confirmed pro-chantry/pro-templar (Vivienne is the other that might be, after als she is "pro-circle" and no one told us, if that meant the general idea of the circles (which is sound, after all: mages need to be taught control, resisting demons and how to use their magic in general) or the system how it was with chantry oversight (however ineffective that was, as the templars did what they wanted anyway!) and templars (that could more or less do what they wanted when they wanted, without being held accountable or even the chance for either appeal for the mages or even real court of law procedings - as they were the judge, the jury and even the fuckin' executioner!) and people being forced into it without ever being able to leave (note: not even the tranquil left, probably because they can't without any drive or goals in live, they are only husks and would probably die if the circle didn't give them jobs (enchanting - which pays for the whole show!) and provided them with shelter, food and other things)) I would love it, if they:
- make her look good again (what's with destroying characters looks by either playing "pimp my character" (like Ashley (ME3) or Isabela (not that I didn't like her new looks, but she is an example for this, too)) or taking a sledgehammer to them (Morrigan and Cassy!))
- make her less black and white in her oppinion of mages (or made us able to influence her on this by making her see things she might otherwise ignore), the chantry and the seekers/templars
greetings LAX
You'll have a hard time with "make her look good again" because there's people like me giving feedback that she looks great (a position I've maintained for a long time).
As for her opinions, keep in mind that there's a greater opportunity to show off her character moreso than DA2, which was a very narrow and focused perspective of Cassandra. And she's a lot younger in the movie.
I am one of the people who likes her new Frostbyte 2 appearance, though I do wonder how much polishing she (and all the other characters) have gotten since the Pax Prime footage from last year.

Cassandra's new look is one of the best character designs Bioware has done yet. I'm very impressed with it.
I understand beauty is "subjective", but my god, I think Cassandra is very attractive. I can't believe anyone has a problem with her appearance, I mean, what do you expect a hardened warrior at the command of a prestigious order to look like? Pamela Anderson? Na, chill.
Yeah, it might just be that I have a thing for women with short, dark hair but I think she's gorgeous. But she's still got some features that make her look more than just a generic beautiful woman.
It makes sense that she'd look different in Inquisition, anyway. 2 had a really stylized looks with really rounded features and Inquisition looks like it's going for a more realistic and angular look with the characters.
Have not seen her interrogate anyone, so don't know if her intense eyes are still there. I love big brown eyes that bore into your soul. She looks ok for now.
While I do find her to be beautiful, what I'm most attracted to is her personality.
Anyone have any ideas as to how Cassandra and Varric came to travelled together? Do you think they all went for a pint after the interrogation and things went from there?
in quote to my post in another thread... she slapped a collar and leash on him
