You have to slaughter all the nugs to be able to do that...or is it all the fennecs? I don't remember, but be assured that there is a cute creatures to slaughter to get pink dyes and Cassandra will disapprove.

It does look sort of flat, but I'd say that's sort of part of the charm… imo.

I would have preferred a more even split. The only people under 30 are Cole, Josephine, and Sera. 

 

Dorian is possibly under 30 as well. Cullen is probably only over 30 by a couple of years at most I imagine, considering he'd never done a harrowing before in DA:O. It's a pretty nice spread of ages, actually.

Cass was what 18-19, in DotS? And that was in like 9:22, whereas it's 9:40-9:42 now. She's definitely in upper 30s.

Yeah, my best guess for ages is like this:
Cole: early 20s
Sera: early-mid 20s
Dorian: mid-late twenties
Josephine: 27-29 (confirmed by her writer)
Cullen: early 30s
Leliana: early-mid 30s
Vivienne: mid 30s?? (this one I'm really not sure)
Cassandra: 36-39 (depending on how young she was in DotS)
Varric: 41-42
Iron Bull: mid-30s - early 40s (hard to tell)
Solas: early 40s
Blackwall: early-mid 40s

Edit: corrected Varric's age, since he was born 9:0-9:1

She could have easily been 15 in DotS if she was an early bloomer so she could be 35 if it's 9:42 in DA:I.  Though I'm leaning more towards her being 36-39 like Boudicae is thinking if it's 9:42 in DAI.

I don't really understand this obsession with character ages, to be honest.  Imagine they are the age you want, play that way.  People of all kinds of different ages get together - what does it matter?
