One of the things that the Twitch stream showed me about Cassandra is I'm going to like her better than I thought. I was under the impression she'd be super hard as nails and not very friendly but she comes off professional but supportive and there was a little snatch of party banter where she seemed apologetic toward Varric in another stream so yeah I'm way more excited about her character now.

Cass will probably win over Josie just because Cass is a companion and I know I'm going to have a lot of fun running around, hearing her party banter and whatever quests comments she makes. I wonder what her battle cries sound like.

I would think you'd have to sacrifice some for others.

Isn't it said about lot of things that you cant *catch them all* this time. so I'm pretty sure that refers to the skill too

I think you won't be able to get all the skills. Say you go with sword and shield: you'll probably get enough points to max out that tree plus your chosen spec, but you won't be able to take many if any skills from the two-handed tree.

 

With that said, they confirmed that there were respec potions so you can switch it up if you don't like what you've got. I imagine they'll be pricey though...

Slaps are too sissy and she's already got the sword to our throat. I'm thinking punch. It's much more her style.
