They did say that people would react to the specialisations this time around.
I can't imagine any character's romance being specialisation-gated, though, so it probably won't make that much difference.
I seem to remember some comments long ago about Sera having problems with one of the spec, but that could have been fans speculating.
Also, some specializations choices might cause disapproval (like any other choices) and that could make you fall below the approval level for a romance.

I think flesh golems require blood magic. The base form of necromancy seems more closely connected to spirit control.
I was just referencing Leandra Hawke. I do think that the Necromancy we'll get access to is more about spirit control and just generally kinda neutral on the good/evil spectrum except for the fact that it deals with death. I highly doubt that it's going to be a full blown cackling evil, skulls and rotting flesh on your armor kind of Necromancy.
Quite, the Mortalitasi are basically Necromancers. Preparing dead corpses and putting spirits inside them is their job. if anything, it'd make Cass nostalgic.

It's hypothetical, but unlocking the Reaver spec in DAO could really damage your relationship with Leliana and you gained disapproval from like every party members but Morrigan. So there might be something similar in DAI.
I remember i made a topic about whether or not would we be able to marry in DAI more than year ago, it got so lively that I think Gaider himself got involved and basically chewed us out.

Luckily the Necromancer spec circumvents this. If Cassandra does not want to romance me, I will - thanks to my necromancer specialization - go Quentin on her (00:45):

Hm, if that's true, I'm probably just gonna go with Champion for my first Inquisitor. Seems generic enough that nobody would really disapprove. :S
