I remember i made a topic about whether or not would we be able to marry in DAI more than year ago, it got so lively that I think Gaider himself got involved and basically chewed us out.
Do you have a link to the thread?

Just imagine the duel those two would have.
That's how I like to think she got the large scar on her jaw. ![]()

Being defeated by Lambert in a duel?

Or Lambert got a part of his hit in while Cassandra split his skull like a melon.

He was missing by the time of DAI though.
Plus she already had the scar before the game started so...
If they fought it would have to be a past event.
With both walking away from it.

We have a couple years between Asunder and Inquisition. A lot can happen in that time.

He's missing after Asunder and his encounter with Cole.
So if he had appeared to be challenged by Cassandra i have a striking feeling that someone would have noticed it.
Just saying; because if he survived Cole why is he not directing the war effort until his run in with her?
Again i'd have to disagree, because if he was a visible figure he wouldn't have been pronounced missing and presumed dead.
So again i'd say if they ran into each other it would have happened some time between DOTS and Asunder.
Just imagine the duel those two would have.
That would be something to see.
Cassandra is good but if I remember correctly Lambert took on most of the cast of Asunder and won. He'd definitely give her a challenge.

He killed a Knight Captain inside four meetings of blades.
He also bust Cole's Face, Beat up Rhys and basically what you said.
He beat the crap out of most of the cast.
I thought it was confirmed Lamb Chops was killed by my homeboy Cole? Cole had the advantage and everything.

No; like the opposite of confirmed.
No Dev has said anything about it period since Asunder.

That's about how long Cassandra vs Knight-Commander Martel lasted in DotS and Cassandra wasn't even trying to kill him.
It seems logical that Cole killed him extremely quickly. If Lambert had won or survived, Cole would either be gone or in hiding, not lining battlements with cabbages like a trickster. Although, anything could happen. Lambert is definitely able to turn tables with the best of them in this series.

Shale probably would've said something sassy and then squished him.

Indeed hence why i think those two meeting in battle would be something to see.
Former Tevinter Knight Commander turned High Seeker of the White Chantry vs an exceptional Seeker.
I'd expect it to be among one of the best technical sword duels ever witnessed in DA.
With a couple Templar and Seeker tricks tossed in to make it interesting.
Shale probably would've said something sassy and then squished him.
His sword is silverite.
Just putting that out there.

For his sake, I hope he didn't get it from the same swordsmith that Ser Michel did.

Heh.
A fair point good sir.
Point being though; He would have a weapon more then capable of engaging a golem with.
Lambert didn't seem all to interested in dodging hits during his time in Asunder. If Shale lands one good one, that's darn near a guaranteed win
Speaking of Ser Michel, I'd say he'd be a good candidate for NPCs who could outfight Lambert. That guy was badass.

Reread his battle with the Knight Captain then.
He danced around her.

Quite possibly; That man was pretty damn good.
Hell of a lot better then i ever was with a sword. (That's a conversation for a different time though)
That said i think Lambert would still have a fair chance of winning if he fought Michel correctly; Namely taking advantage of his talents that Michel has no real counter against.
While Holy Smite is an ability normally targeted for fade creatures and mages, it can be used against normal men; the recoil from such a spirit based assault likely would give Lambert an opening, Good fight either way though.
In all fairness, that woman didn't seem like much of threat. I chalk that up to Lambert being ungodly great at bladed combat and the KC being wimpy.

If Lambert does anything to remind Ser Michel of his parentage, however, he's toast. Templar abilities are no match for the power of being "super not elf-blooded!"

Truly the most powerful power one can have.
Mmm you know i recall comparing Cass to Mifune earlier in the thread when asked for a Naruto character she resembled...I guess that would make Lambert Hanzo in this case...
I now feel awkward.

Possibly.
