Cassandra is so far 3 on 3 (Galyan, Varric and Inquisitor), so it is actually how she do say Hi.

 

That little scene played like I imagined it too, which means that I now do expect her to punch someone at some point (or multiple someone), stab multiple things and roll her eyes a lot.

Varric: She threatens to kill everyone, its basically how she says "hello".
