Personally I think it doesn't make sense for Liara to considering she's never thought of that stuff before meeting Shepard. 

Well, I think it would make sense because asari did not evolve in order for their sexual organs to be exterior and receptive to male genitalia (which doesn't exist in their species) and therefore, any penetration done by Shepard would probably be uncofortable. Oral stimulation would thus be a compromise and this is a really weird topic to be discussing here.

We can assume that that is a male that romances female, so it's down to Iron Bull, Blackwall, Cullen or Inquisitor. It's a little too much exposition for the PC, and Cullen is way too polite(though he probably thinks something similar). With Blackwall, we don't really know very much about him other than his Warden status and a little letter he sent during the Blight. Iron Bull, on the other hand, would DEFINITELY say something like this without any shame at all. Fits him to a tee.

 

Makes me wonder what Cassandra says about their "together time".

 

Edit: I'm under the impression that Cassandra's pretty traditional when it comes to that kind of thing. Not a lot of fellacio going on in her bedroom. At least, not at first.
