Yep. I have been saying it for a long while that she is not into the the nice guy or gentleman thing.
It is very obvious that she is more into men who make their point, men who act, men who are direct, men who are decisive and men of action.
I personally think any male Inquisitor who pulls the "nice guy gentleman" thing straight up on her will cause her to view that particular Inquisitor as Emile de Launcet and make disgusting noises.
IMO, your Inquisitor have to be like her. He has to be tough and take charge on the outside and be a secret romantic on the inside to have the highest chance to woo her successfully.

I think you can still be the nice guy, but it has to be in the quiet, confident way. The kind of person who speaks softly, but carries a big stick. The kind to give her a flower and a peck on the cheek, then go out and tell the mages/templars they can follow his lead or be utterly annihilated by the army at his back.
I doubt you actually have to have a certain personality. You never needed to in any other Bioware romances.
I love her no bullshit attitude..
I personally love that she's literally telling the Chantry "screw you".
I had a thought...
So Cassandra's family name...The Pentaghasts...
Penta means five.
Ghast means, well this :- http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Ghast
I wonder if we can meet Ghasts in DAI and if we do, can we ask Cassandra if she is related to them in any way ?

Penta might not mean five here, nobody speak Greek in Thedas.
If there are ghasts in the game and you have Varric and Cassandra in the party, I hope Varric will try to do a stupid joke about it with Cassandra doing "disgusted noises" has a result.

Haha me too, she's great.I personally love that she's literally telling the Chantry "screw you".
lol
Getting in Cassandra's way is generally a bad life choice.
Cass and Trev(Male Mage Human)
Cass: Your arrival was most fortuitous.
Trev: A Mage is never late Seeker Pentaghast. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.
Cass: Mutters*I wonder how many girls have heard that excuse*
Trev: What did you say?
Cass: Nothing. ![]()

This is a new game and they've said they want to make character relationships more organic and realistic. Could be that Cassandra has a 'type'.

I wonder how Cassandra that is interested or in love with the Inquisitor will react when he gets hit on by other women....

I think it's more likely one of Cassandra's ancestors once killed a pack of five ghasts single-handedly… or perhaps five packs of ghasts? ![]()
Like an adult hopefully.I wonder how Cassandra that is interested or in love with the Inquisitor will react when he gets hit on by other women....

*puts sword on throat* You are the only threat I see.
Do the duel between Vengeance and Hawke before the Elder One. Keep up the awesome work.
Hmmmmm.....I think it can be done, but I prefer keeping Leia(Cassandra) involved, given the theme of this thread. That scene is brilliant, but has almost no Leia at all. I tried doing the scene when Luke(Hawke) tells her that he's her brother. But it just didn't work out. In that scene, Leia tells Luke to run away. Cassandra would tell Hawke to go kick Darth Vengeance's Demon-possessed a**. So that one doesn't work.
Maybe Han(Inquisitor) and Leia(Cassandra's) courtship? Particularly "I'd just as soon kiss a mabari!" "I can arrange that! You could USE A GOOD KISS!"

Personally, it always struck me how her last name is similar to the word, "Pentecost". It seems fitting.

Also being a Mage yields a standalone 10 bonus points to Cassandra's heart.
