Has Cassandra ever been to Ferelden?
Shes the hero of Orlai and a proud daughter of her homeland Nevarra, I doubt she's gone there to enjoy the sights, but she has probably pilgrimage to Denerim or the country in general because of her devotion to the Maker, and his bride Andraste and thus visited the land of his prophets birth, like I imagine many people do.

Ferelden is the obvious birth place of Andraste, and is the most accepted. Nitpicking is kind of pointless, especially in this, Warder.

Some believe she was a Nevarran princess, I don't think there is a formal claim here like for Jader and Denerim though (both have pilgrimage stones).
Considering it's the only claim that make no sense (Nevarra was a Tevinter city, not a country), it's probably the one closest to the truth though.

The Seekers must have investigated the Circle Tower at some point. How else would the Chantry know for sure that the templars weren't corrupt murderers (if the Right of Annulment transpired) or possibly possessed (if the Right of Annulment did not happen)?
