Just going off of what Cassandra seems to approve of (Bold actions, belief in the Maker, etc.) and Dorian's personality it would appear that both of them are attracted to different personalities. Maybe they've figured out a way to roadblock the "telling them what they want to hear" way of starting a romance with the LI of your choosing?

At the time, that would have been the target quality for in-game. That is to say, the trailer was rendered in the Frostbite engine. But reality is never that kind, graphical sacrifices are always made. That said, certain aspects of the graphics have climbed in quality in the last year. Looking at screenshots, the specular and normal maps are really clean and sharp. Some of the earlier footage we saw looked a bit muddy.
